Description

Rollenlager.

Roller bearings. The invention relates to a roller bearing with one-piece rollers and races with a curved runway profile. According to the invention, the rollers lie in the middle on one raceway and at the ends on the other raceway, for the purpose of softer on acceptance of overloads and shocks.

In the accompanying drawing, the subject of the invention is shown in some execution examples, namely Figs. 1 and 2 roller bearings in section and Fig. 3 and 4 show a roller.

With 1 is the outer race, with 2 the inner race and with 3 the roles are be distinguished. 4 and 5 are the points of contact and 6 shoulders of the races.

In Fig. 1 the roller 3 is cylindrical in shape; the roller surface of the outer race ring 1 is weakly beefy and the role 3 be touches the same at point 5. The runway of the inner race 2 has a double-corrugated profile and touches the roller 3 at both ends at points 4. The points of contact 4 and 5 are offset, the roller 3 is subjected to bending under radial pressure and bends slightly, as indicated in Fig. 1 by a dashed line. As a result, overloads or pressure surges are gently absorbed.

In Fig. 2, the roller 3 is cylindrical only in its center and arched conical ge at both ends. The ends could also be conical or spherical in a straight line. The roller surface of the inner race 2 is crowned and provided with shoulders 6 which prevent the rollers 3 from moving in the axial direction. The outer race 1 has a spherical roller surface, the center of which is on the axis of the bearing. The points of contact 4 and 5 are indicated by arrows.

In Fig. 3 and 5 each is a roller designed as a screw benfeder for the roller bearings shown in Figs. 1. and 2 drawn, which have a higher elastic deflection. In the known spring rollers, the spring action in the diameter is used here in the longitudinal direction. The rollers according to Fig. 2 and 4 are held in their Axrichtung not only by the shoulders 6, but also by the conicity of the curved ends ge, so that the roller bearing according to Fig. 2 can absorb a pressure in the axial direction. Furthermore, due to the spherical roller surface of the outer race ring, an inclined position of the inner race ring and the rollers to the outer races is permitted in this camp, which results in an automatic setting of the bearing in the event of deflections and errors during installation.
