Fig. 5 zeigt eine beispielsweise Aus führungsform.

Helical bevel gear planer working according to the hobbing process. The invention relates to a Hobelma machine working according to the hobbing process for the manufacture of bevel gears with helical teeth, in which the helical shape of the teeth arises from the linear movement of the tool or tools relative to the continuously rotating workpiece, which machine can therefore work without Teilvorricbtung.
At. In the machines known up to now, the additional stroke movement of the tools caused by the rolling movement of the face gear was disregarded, so that incorrectly shaped teeth were created. The purpose of the invention is to remedy this error.
The drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention. 1 shows a Läriga section through the machine, FIG. 2 shows the floor plan partly in section along the line AB in FIG. 1, FIG. 3 shows the view of the tool side in the direction C of FIG. 1, FIG Lateral surface of a bevel gear spread out in a plane with the curves that the tool generates on the pitch cone,
5 shows the visual representation of an exemplary drive for the cutting tools on a movable plane wheel.
The shaft 2 with the drive belt pulley 3 is mounted on the crown gear housing 1. On the shaft 2 sits a worm 4 which engages in the worm wheel 5, which is firmly connected to the crankshaft 6, the crank pin 7 of which moves the cross head 9 by means of the connecting rod 8, which takes the two rams 10 and 10 'with it. On the tappets, the slide carriers 11 respectively. 11 ', the carriages 12, 12', the knife holders 13, 13 'and the knives 14, 14' (Fig. 3).
On the shaft 2 still sits the bevel wheel 15 (Fig. 2), which engages in the bevel gear 16 keyed on the shaft 17. The shaft 17 also carries the spur gear 18. This wheel is with the interposition of the change gears 19, 19 'with the spur gear 20 in Ver connection, which is keyed on the loose sleeve 21 (Fig. 1), which is stored in part 22 as Bearing for the shaft 23 is used. The wheel 24 sits on the sleeve 21 and rotates the shaft 23 via a spur gear differential.
This rotation is transmitted to the spur gear 26 through the bevel gear pair 25; which drives the routed shaft 30 via the wheels 27, 28 and the pair of bevel gears 29. On this sits by means of spring wedge displaceably the cone wheel 31, which engages in the bevel gear 32, which is firmly connected to the worm 33 by the shaft 34 mounted in the workpiece bearing block 35. Through the Schneekenrad 36, the shaft 37, on which the work piece is clamped, is set in constant rotation, whereby the knives produce helical cuts on the workpiece during their work movement.
The worm 38 is also driven from the shaft 2 by the spur gears 39, 40, 41 and 42 on the shaft 43. The worm 38 engages in the worm wheel 44 (FIG. 1), which is firmly connected to the face gear disk 45; this produces the rolling movement of the disk 45. The ram guides 46 and 46 'are screwed on this so that they can be displaced in a circle. The plungers 10 and 10 'move in these. You therefore take part in the rolling movement of the crown wheel.
On the shaft 43 still sits the spur wheel 47, which is in communication via the change gears 48 with the shaft 49, on which the helical gear 50 is keyed, which engages in the planet gear housing 51 provided with a helical gear toothing, where the workpiece on the Shaft 37, in addition to the rotation from the main drive, an additional rotation dependent on the planetary gear movement, that is to say a rolling movement is given.
If the tool drive, that is to say the worm 4, would take part in the rolling movement of the face gear 45, the knives 14 would respectively. 14 'each after any number of revolutions of the worm 4 about its axis always take the same position relative to the planetary gear 45; Since the worm 4 is now fixed in space, so it does not take part in the rolling movement, the knives 14 and 14 'keep the knives 14 and 14' an additional stroke movement when the face gear is moved.
In Fig. 4, which is intended to explain this, the cone tip S from point 0, which corresponds to the crank axis 6, is shifted to the left for the sake of clear illustration. 0S is the path of point h (which corresponds to the journal of the cross head 9 of the machine) on the face gear; As already mentioned, 0 is the axis of the crankshaft 6, Z is the center point of the crank pin 7. The transfers K and Z are provided with different indices to designate different positions of the parts marked K and Z.
K Z thus corresponds to the connecting rod B. S is the common cone tip of the workpiece and the crown gear. Below 08 the developed surface of the workpiece is intended. The rotation of the workpiece to generate the screw teeth can only be replaced by a Dre hung of the developed lateral surface and S. Then the point K describes a curve a in its reciprocating movement along OS on the workpiece.
The dead center 0, Zo, KO corresponds to the point Po of the curve cc, a crank position 0, Zi, Ki corresponds to the point Pi at which the tooth curve on the wheel should really begin .
The plan gear and the workpiece has now rolled by a certain amount, so that the parts assume an intermediate position between the initial position in which the planing of the teeth, and therefore also the rolling, begins, and the end position in which the teeth are finished are, therefore also the rolling has ended, the same curve would now have to be described by point 1i as before, so that theoretically correct teeth are created on your workpiece. This would require that the crank position 0 Zi is also present again for the position of the lateral surface of the workpiece determined by Grade Pl S .
This would be the case if, as indicated above, the crank drive with the face gear would make its rolling motion with it. Since this is not true in reality, but the worm 4 remains in the same place in space, during the rolling movement of the face gear it has rotated relative to the tool drive 4 to 7 (Z). The crosshead guide follows the planetary gear movement, the cranks 0, Z not, i.e. the mutual position of the crank (0, Z) and connecting rod (Z, K) will be different than before.
The position S Pi (in Fig. 4) will no longer correspond to the crank position 0, Zi, Ki, but rather the position 0, Z2, K2, since the plan gear is relative to this Dead position of the crank is different. So now instead of a second curve a, curve Q is described; the effective tooth curve would start at P2 and incorrect teeth would arise.
This additional stroke movement of the tools explained above can be compensated for by one of the three drives for the rolling movement of the tool, i.e. generating face wheel, rolling and rotating movement of the workpiece or cutting movement of the tool, an additional rotational movement or compensation movement granted. This combined additional movement (rolling movement and additional compensating movement) is given to the uniformly rotating workpiece by means of the differential which is united with the worm wheel 51 in the machine shown.
Since each rotational movement of the crank mechanism 7 for the tools 14 and 14 'corresponds to a rotational movement of the workpiece on 37, you can, instead of the workpiece on 37 to issue the rolling movement corresponding to the movement of the crown wheel 45, these generate the work 14 respectively. 14 'give. It is therefore basically irrelevant which of the two movements, whether the rotary movement of the workpiece or the cutting movement of the tools, is increased by the rolling movement.
If the rolling movement is transferred to the tools, it can be combined with the additional compensating rotation mentioned above and the cutting movement can be influenced by a differential. In the embodiment shown, the additional stroke movement that occurs during the rolling movement was offset by an additional rotation of the workpiece and combined with the rolling movement of the workpiece, which is simply expressed in the calculation of the change gears 47, 48.
The additional rotation of the workpiece including its rolling movement is caused by the spur gear differential 51.
The tool drive can also be designed in such a way that the additional stroke movement does not arise, that is to say the additional compensating movement is relocated to the tool drive itself.
Fig. 5 shows an example imple mentation.
0 is the axis of the face gear, A is the center of a driving, stationary ge superimposed gear, D is the center of a gear mounted on the face gear, from which the tool crank is driven. On the parts AB, 0 D and DB, which represent two cranks and a coupling rod articulated on both sides, the gears a, b, c, d are attached, their axis are parallel with axis 0. The lengths of the cranks and the coupling rod are chosen so that the pivot points A., B, D form a parallelogram with axis 0 of the planetary gear.
If the planetary gear now rotates around point 0 and is rotated, for example, D to D, the node point B moves to Bi such that 14th, Bi, Di and 0 always remain a parallelogram . The number of teeth of the wheels a, b, c, d can now be selected so that when the wheel rx is stationary (opposite the fixed space), the planetary gear can move (for example from D </ I> after Di), without - the wheel d rotating in relation to the plan gear.
In order to determine the ratio of the number of teeth in this exemplary embodiment to each other, in which this condition is met, think first of all the gears b, c, d fixed to BD and the planetary gear by the angle, y rotated; then turn the wheel d back by the angle y so that it comes into its original position with respect to the plan gear. In order to bring the gear wheel a into its original position in relation to the fixed space, first turn the wheel b back by the angle y so that the two wheels a and b mesh with the original teeth .
and then turn the wheel a by the angle y to its previous position (in relation to the fixed space). Since the rotations that the wheel b receives from the rotations of the wheels d and a must be equal to each other, then if a, b, d imagine the pitch circle diameter of the wheels in question, establish the following conditions
EMI0004.0010
a requirement that can easily be met. In this case, too, instead of giving the workpiece a rolling movement corresponding to the rotation of the face wheel,
Lay them in the straight-line movement of the tool or tools.
