Description
Insole for the production of Ago footwear with a flexible base. The previous production of Ago footwear has the major disadvantage that the floor is too stiff.
Ago footwear differs from others in that the soles and the shaft are not connected to each other by sewing or nailing, but are connected by gluing with Ago (leather putty).
This ago, or leather putty, has the property that when dried it is hard and this explains the stiffness of the floor.
This drawback is to be remedied by the present invention, which concerns an insole for the manufacture of Ago footwear with a flexible floor.
According to the invention, the insole has a transverse part made of soft, porous material in the area of the ball of the foot; otherwise the insole is made of leather.
Strips of shaft leather can be sewn along the edges of the soft, porous cross-section.
The transverse section, which is made of soft, porous material, makes the insole flexible, which is not available for whole insoles.
The upper leather strips sewn onto the side of the edge serve to hold the Ago adhesive substance.
The advantage of the footwear made with this insole is the flexibility of the shoe bottom and the fact that walking is easy and springy, which is of great advantage for sensitive feet.
The accompanying drawing shows a Ausfüh approximately example of the subject matter of the invention. The lying between the leather parts 9 and C in the area of the ball of the insole part B consists of soft, porous material, for. B. Felt; it gives the sock sole extensive flexibility and forms a comfortable support for the sensitive ball area of the foot.
Along the edges of part B, strips of leather D are sewn on.
