Description

Strassenbelag.

Road surface. The subject of the present invention is a road surface made of reinforced concrete slabs.

According to the invention, profile iron pieces are arranged in the longitudinal direction on both sides of the plates, and the entire covering body is held together by means of transverse anchors passing through these profile iron pieces.

Thanks to this arrangement, the lining body forms a solid whole; the panels are secured against lateral displacement and the panel corners can thus be protected against destruction due to breakage or crumbling; Nevertheless, individual panels can easily be removed for replacement or work in the road surface; of course, the relevant cross anchors must be removed.

An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in the drawing, namely: Figure 1 shows a cross section through a ver with this embodiment of the covering road; Fig. 2 shows on a larger scale a cross section through some plates along the line II-II in Fig. 3, which shows these plates in plan.

1 is the road surface; 2 the decking panels are made of reinforced concrete. The road surface is arched so that the rainwater can run off properly. In the longitudinal joints profile iron pieces are arranged between the plates at their corners, namely on the two outer edges of the outer plates U-iron pieces 3 and between the plates T-iron pieces 4 whose flanges are flush with the plate surfaces.

A transverse anchor 5 with a head and nut extends through the profile iron pieces over the entire width of the covering and is located in the transverse joint. The longitudinal and transverse joints are for the purpose of a good connection of the individual panels and to deny the moisture from access to the pro file iron pieces, with a suitable binding agent, such as cement mortar or asphalt, filled, preferably with the latter, there. this at the same time allows the road surface to expand when exposed to heat.

In order to lift out a single or multiple panels, the transverse anchors delimiting the panels must be pulled out to the side.

A further covering made of cement or rammed asphalt can be arranged over the concrete slabs.
