L'appareil représenté comporte un corps cylindrique formé de deux tubes 1Ú, 1ê à em- boîtement bout à bout par filetage 2, le tube 1Ú présente, dans le dessin, en son bord in férieur une lamelle 3 en cuir y encastrée, la quelle formera joint étanche avec la rondelle 4 en caoutchouc qui est logée dans le fond de la rainure correspondante du fond 5 du ré cipient.
Ce fond 5 présente un rebord d'emboîte ment dont une partie, 6Ú, est non taraudée et dont la partie de base, 62, est taraudée sui vant le pas de vis de l'épaulement 7 du tube lÚ. Le fond 5 présente un -brou central 8 à travers lequel passera la tige du piston de l'appareil; ce trou peut servir à recevoir un bouchon au :cas où l'appareil sert de récipient, (le flacon ou de bidon.
Un trou 9 pour l'entrée .d'air est ménagé dans la paroi du tube 1'; ce trou est fermé par une soupape de construction appropriée représentée, à plus grande échelle, en fig. ibis.
Cette soupape comporte un corps propre- ment dit 25 qui communique, par un trou 29, avec l'air extérieur; le trou .qui fait communi quer ce corps avec l'intérieur du corps çylin- drique 1Ú, 1ê peut être obturé par la pointe d'une vis 28. Le corps 25 est fermé par un écrou 27 dans lequel pénètre la tige filetée de la vis 28; cette partie filetée porte une bague 26 fiée sur elle, de sorte que le desserrage de la vis est limité par le fait que la bague 26 vient heurter l'écrou 27. On comprend que de cette façon, la vis 28 ne peut se perdre.
Le fond supérieur du flacon-seringue se ferme par uncouvercle 10 taraudé en 12 sui vant le pas de vis de l'épaulement 7Ú du tube 1ê; ce couvercle présente, en son centre, un bout fileté 11, sur lequel peut s'emmancher par vissage un tube de longueur plus ou moins grande, une pomme d'arrosoir, un tube à sou pape etc., suivant l'usage en vue.
Au cas où l'appareil sert de seringuc d'in jection ou de pompe, le couvercle 10 peut être muni d'une soupape de retenue pour le li quide; dans l'exemple dessiné, cette soupape consiste en un obturateur 13 glissant dans des rainures appropriées, cet obturateur étant percé d'un trou 14 et commandé par une tige poussoir 15 à ressort 16. La forme construc tive et le mode de montage de cet obturateur 13 sont tels que le liquide contenu dans le récipient proprement dit ne peut s'en, écouler pendant le transport de Fiappareil à son point d'utilisation. 17 désigne un graisseur pour le piston. On remarquera que le couvercle 10 présente un contour polygonal; ceci a pour effet d'empêcher que l'appareil ne roule quand il est posé à plat.
Le piston comporte une tige 17Ú sur le bout fileté de laquelle sont serrés par écrous un premier godet, 18, en métal, un deuxième godet, 19, en cuir et une rondelle métallique 20 de retenue ou de serrage.
Le piston pourrait également être exten sible, c'est-à-dire construit en parties qui se déplacent l'une par rapport à l'autre, ou bien être élastique.
La fig. 6 montre une variante d'ajutage 21 qui s'adapte directement sur le tube 1ê; cet ajutage 21, qui se termine par une pomme d'arrosoir 22, peut servir à doucher ou asper- ger, par exemple les chevaux de course au moyen d'une lotion voulue.
Les fig. 7 et 8 montrent deux variantes de bout de canule 23 et 24 dont les autres extrémités sont vissées sur le bout fileté 11 du couvercle. La canule 23 sert, par exemple, à l'irrigation de plaies; l'ajutage 24 sert, par exemple, à administrer des médicaments aux animaux; le bout 24 présentant, à cette fin, un renforcement pour que les animaux ne puisent l'aplatir en mordant.
La démontabilité facile de l'appareil per met de l'adapter à plusieurs usages; ainsi pour faire servir l'appareil comme flacon à breuvage, on dévisse le fond 5, on retire le piston et on ferme le trou central du fond 5, après l'avoir remis en place, par un bouchon, ou bien on visse à sa. place un fond non per foré. Comme tubes d'ajutage, on peut appli quer des tubes qui présentent des épaulements se vissant sur l'épaulement du récipient pro prement dit ou bien sur l'ajutage central du -central du *-couvercle.
Les a,p@plications de l'appareil représenté et décrit sont nombreuses: a) en économie domestique: comme flacon d'ouvrier, biberon d'enfant etc., b) en médecine humaine comme seringue d'injection, c) en rnéd cine vétérinaire, comme irriga teur de plaies, d'abcès, .comme seringue d'in jeûtion, comme flacon médicinal etc.
On peut même s'en servir comme pompe à asperger les plantes, -i laver les carreaux, on peut en faire une pompe aspirante et- fou lante à jet continu. L'appareil peut se dé monter et se nettoyer facilement.

The apparatus shown comprises a cylindrical body formed of two tubes 1Ú, 1ê with end-to-end fitting by thread 2, the tube 1Ú has, in the drawing, at its lower edge a leather strip 3 embedded therein, which form a tight seal with the rubber washer 4 which is housed in the bottom of the corresponding groove in the bottom 5 of the receptacle.
This bottom 5 has a fitting rim, a part of which, 6Ú, is unthreaded and the base part of which, 62, is tapped following the thread of the shoulder 7 of the tube lÚ. The bottom 5 has a central -brou 8 through which the piston rod of the apparatus will pass; this hole can be used to receive a stopper in: the case where the device is used as a container, (the bottle or can.
A hole 9 for the air inlet is made in the wall of the tube 1 '; this hole is closed by a valve of suitable construction shown, on a larger scale, in FIG. ibis.
This valve comprises a body itself 25 which communicates, through a hole 29, with the outside air; the hole .which communicates this body with the interior of the cylindrical body 1Ú, 1ê can be closed by the tip of a screw 28. The body 25 is closed by a nut 27 into which penetrates the threaded rod of the screw 28; this threaded part carries a ring 26 attached to it, so that the loosening of the screw is limited by the fact that the ring 26 strikes the nut 27. It is understood that in this way, the screw 28 cannot be lost.
The upper bottom of the syringe bottle is closed by a cover 10 threaded at 12 following the thread of the shoulder 7Ú of the tube 1ê; this cover has, in its center, a threaded end 11, on which can be fitted by screwing a tube of greater or lesser length, a watering head, a popped tube etc., depending on the intended use .
In the event that the apparatus serves as an injection syringe or a pump, the cover 10 may be provided with a check valve for the liquid; in the example drawn, this valve consists of a shutter 13 sliding in suitable grooves, this shutter being pierced with a hole 14 and controlled by a push rod 15 with spring 16. The construction form and the method of assembly of this shutter 13 are such that the liquid contained in the container itself cannot flow out during transport of the apparatus to its point of use. 17 designates a lubricator for the piston. It will be noted that the cover 10 has a polygonal outline; this has the effect of preventing the appliance from rolling when it is laid flat.
The piston has a rod 17Ú on the threaded end of which are tightened by nuts a first cup, 18, metal, a second cup, 19, leather and a metal washer 20 for retaining or clamping.
The piston could also be extensible, that is to say constructed in parts which move with respect to one another, or else be elastic.
Fig. 6 shows a variant of the nozzle 21 which fits directly on the tube 1ê; this nozzle 21, which ends in a spray head 22, can be used to shower or sprinkle, for example racehorses, by means of a desired lotion.
Figs. 7 and 8 show two variants of cannula end 23 and 24, the other ends of which are screwed onto the threaded end 11 of the cover. The cannula 23 serves, for example, for irrigating wounds; nozzle 24 is used, for example, to administer drugs to animals; the end 24 having, for this purpose, a reinforcement so that the animals cannot flatten it by biting.
The easy dismantling of the device allows it to be adapted to several uses; thus to serve the device as a drink bottle, the bottom 5 is unscrewed, the piston is withdrawn and the central hole in the bottom 5 is closed, after having put it back in place, with a stopper, or else we screw on its . place a non-drilled bottom. As nozzle tubes, it is possible to apply tubes which have shoulders which screw onto the shoulder of the container itself or else onto the central nozzle of the central cover.
