Machine brush for washing bottles. The present invention relates to a machine brush for washing bottles, a brush in which the branches, on which the brushes of the brush are fixed, are fitted in a removable manner on the support of the brush by clamping on the latter, the everything arranged in such a way that each branch can easily be replaced by another without resorting to soldering.
Two embodiments of the object of the invention are shown, schematically and by way of example, in the accompanying drawing in which FIG. 1 is a view, partly in section, of a first form, of which FIG. 2 is a cross section taken along line 1-1 of FIG. 1; Fig. 3 is a view, partly in section, of the second form.
In these two embodiments, the brush comprises, as in known brushes, four branches 1 in the form of blades on which are welded the brushes 2 made of metal son, the number, shape and arrangement of these brushes may be whatever - Conch and vary from one branch to another, and the four branches being distributed symmetrically in a ring around the nozzle 3 pierced with a central hole through which the washing water is brought.
On the other hand, the two brushes shown differ from known brushes; in that the four branches, instead of being welded, by their lower end, bare support of the brush of which the nozzle 3 forms part, are adapted to this support by clamping their lower end between the conical middle part of the 'nozzle 3 and a sleeve 4 whose interior is of corresponding conical shape. The lower end of the branches is curved transversely to the length of the blades and has a rounded -form conforming to the conical clamping surfaces of members 3 and 4.
In both embodiments, the fitting has a threaded lower part, and the clamping of the branches on the support of the brush is obtained. In the first embodiment, fig. 1 and 2, by screwing on this threaded part, a nut 5, and In the second embodiment, fig. 3, by screwing, on this threaded part, the sleeve 4 itself which has a part 5, threaded and with hexagon; in both cases, the socket 4 being pushed against the cone of the nozzle and holding the branches of the brush very firmly in place.
One and the other of the two embodiments shown is screwed into the rotating tube 6 of the machine and can be introduced into the bottles using a known device not shown in the drawing and forming part of the machine.
The branches of the brush are interchangeable.
It is easy to understand that, by the present invention, when a branch is to be replaced, it can be easily replaced without having to unsolder it and solder the new operation, for which one must, most of the time. time, have recourse to a master of state; all you need is a pair of pliers, and possibly a screwdriver (fig. 3) to loosen and tighten the socket 4, and a spare branch.
The brush according to the invention may differ from the embodiments described, for example, by the shape of the branches, of the nozzle, of the socket, by the number of branches, etc.
