Abfluss einer Druckflüssigkeit zum bezw. von einen Servomotor regelt, welch letzterer seinerseits das Regelorgan verstellt, oder aucb es wirkt - falls grosse Genaui- lreit der Regelung :erforderliL;
Fällt der auf die Membran 30 wirkende Druck, so wird der Bügel 38 infolge des zu r üe, 'kf ec 1 er nden Membranes 30 nach links n -e- zogen;
Control device for an organ maneuvered by means of a servomotor. In some systems, especially those that are provided with heat accumulators, often fin the control organs such. B. Valves that are to be influenced by several independent stimuli that result from pressures, speeds or temperatures.
Here, glas Organ can be influenced directly or indirectly by the conditions that are to be regulated. Usually one uses the indirect influence, which maa achieves greater steep forces and more precise and more sensitive control for the adjustment of the control element 3s.
This indirect regulation is usually done in such a way that the excitations influence a control slide, the -den zu or.
Drain of a pressure fluid to the respectively. regulates by a servomotor, which in turn adjusts the regulating element, or it also acts - if the regulation is very precise: required;
h is - each of the excitations first on its own relay, which in turn influences a control that acts on the servomotor. The present invention relates to such indirect control.
If, for example, it is a control device that is operated by means of a pressurized fluid, the effect of the application on the relay is then transmitted hydraulically to a control slide or valve, which then . Hydraulic fluid flowing from the servomotor regulates which servomotor adjusts the control element.
In doing so, an equal number of relays has been used according to the number of excitations that are to influence the control unit. This devalues the device and greatly complicates its operation.
The effect of these suggestions on the regulating organ, whether yes may be a valve here, can be very different. For example, Mille occurs where you want the valve member to open when one of the stimuli wants to open it, regardless of whether any of the other stimuli want to close the valve.
On other occasions, it is desired that the valve should close when one of the stimuli wants to close the same, regardless of whether one of the other stimuli wants to cause the valve to open.
It often happens, especially if there is a heat storage system, e.g. steam storage, in the system:
Excitation is to act on the valve in such a way that all effects of the other excitations are canceled when a certain value in the state has been reached, for example a maximum pressure in the storage tank at which the valve should be closed under all circumstances. On other occasions: Open the valve under all circumstances when a certain value, for example the lowest permissible speed of a machine, etc., has been reached.
The present invention relates to the simplification of such control devices mentioned above and consists in that at least two stimuli act on a single relay, which relay in turn influences a control: of the servo motor, which finally actuates the control element, for example a valve .
The invention is to be described in more detail in the form of exemplary embodiments using the attached Figures 1 and 2. Fig. 1 shows schematically a control device operating with fluid under pressure, while Fig. 2 shows an embodiment of a relay on a larger scale.
Based on Fig. 1, an already known device and its action will be described first and then the arrangements of the suggestions according to the He-making.
In this figure, a denotes a relay, b a connected to a control piston, a piston influenced by a spring and c a servomotor which maneuvers the valve d, which sits in a line c.
In the relay a is provided with outlet openings v tube lt is arranged. This pipe is connected to the space k under the piston b by means of the pipeline i, which space is connected to the space by means of the pipe 1 and the throttle valve 1: arrangement 73a ia is connected. Pressure fluid constantly flows into this space n through the pipeline o. The two spaces k and n are separated from one another by the wall .x, which is penetrated by the control piston s.
The space p is connected to the servomotor c by means of the pipeline q and is from the space n through the wall y, from the outlet t through the wall; .Cut.
It is now assumed that the relay a is influenced in such a way that the outlet openings v are enlarged, whereby the outflow of the liquid from the space k increases.
Since the amount of liquid supplied to this space is limited by the Drosselanord voltage m, the pressure in the space le decreases, which is why the piston b moves downwards as a result of the action of the spring r, with the downward movement and the shape of the control piston s between the Ra at 1) and the sequence t the connection is established.
As a result, the hydraulic fluid of the servo motor c can flow out through the line q: which is why the piston of the servo motor moves upwards under the action of the spring zc and the valve d closes.
Should, on the other hand, the relay a be influenced in such a way that the outlet openings are reduced in size, which in space k. a pressure increase arises, so d.2r piston b moves upwards, whereby: the control piston s see also moves upwards and for the pressure fluid the space n opens to de-in space p, so that this through the line q into the servo motor c is able to enter. So there the pressure rises, which is why the piston of the servomotor moves downwards and opens valve d.
The mechanism described above also corresponds to the previously known Regul.at.oren in terms of its mode of operation. In the following, the facility should now be described. which makes it possible, in accordance with the present invention, to transmit several suggestions through a single relay in the desired sense.
As already mentioned, a pipe h with outlet openings v is arranged in the relay, which is connected to space k.
The speed regulator f can act on the plate 5 from below by means of the lever arm 2, the rod 3 and the heibelarmes 4, so that, when the speed increases, the lifting arm 4 may move the plate 5 upwards: This plate, which in its Upward movement is influenced by the spring 6, can, depending on its displacement in one or the other direction, change the size of the outlet openings v by means of the rod 7.
The temperature regulator 8, which can consist of a thermostat or a thermostat, can act on the plate 5 from above by means of the lever arm 9, the rod 10, the spring 11 and the pin 12 sliding in the rod 10 .
The device is made so that the spring 11 is stiffer than the spring 6, so .that. if to. Example as a result of falling tempe temperature the Temp.eraturreguIator 8 moves the rod 10 downward, the spring 11 is not or practically practically not compressed, but instead .des sen the spring 6, which is why the plate 5 with the rod 7 after moved down.
Furthermore, a pressure, in this case the pressure upstream of the valve d, acts through the pipe conduit 13 on a membrane 1.4 (can also be a piston or the like) which, when the pressure increases, the rod 15, the spring 16 and the in the rod 15 slidably moves to the ordered pin 17 and, because Fe 16 is designed to be stiffer than spring 6, the plate 5 also moves down.
A different pressure (in this case the pressure behind the valve d) acts on the 1Vremb, ran 19 through the pipeline 18, which is by means of the rod 20, lever arm 21, rod 22 and spring 23 on the one slidingly arranged in the rod 22 Pin 24 acts. As a result of the upward pressure of the spring 25 on the membrane 19, when the pressure in the pipeline 18 i falls, the plate 5 can be moved downward.
Here, however, the rod 20 is lengthened so that when the pressure on the membrane 19 increases beyond a certain limit, the plate 5 in the middle of the lever arm 26 is raised.
Should one of the other suggestions, for example one coming from the temperature regulator, want to move the plate 5 according to urften, the arrangement is such that the corresponding spring, in this case the spring 11, is compressed is, which is why the former pressure excitation, d. H. the pressure on the membrane 19, as a result of the positive system acting on the plate for the regulation will be voting.
The relationships are the same when the other (from the speed regulator originating) on the plate 5 acting excitation wants to move the same up. This means that the suggestions that are ineffective when they want to regulate are actually decisive.
If the plate 5 and the rod 7 are moved downwards, the outlet openings v are reduced in size, which is why there is an increase in pressure in space k, which, as described above, has the result that valve d opens.
If, on the other hand, the plate is pushed upwards, the outlet openings v are enlarged, which is why the pressure in space 1c falls, which, as described above, results in valve d closing.
From what has been said, it follows that, if not the cruise control resp. the pressure dominating the membrane 19 influences the plate 5 from below in such a way that the valve closes, any of the stimuli acting on the upper side of the plate can regulate the valve in such a way that, if one of these stimuli wants to open it , it can open even if any of the stimuli acting from above wanted to close the valve. That the stimuli acting on the plate from below will always be decisive,
If one of these stimuli wants to close the valve, as mentioned earlier, this has been made possible by the fact that these stimuli act on plate 5 through an inevitable system, while those from above on said plate act on the most flexible systems act on the plate.
If one assumes, for example, that the pressure upstream of the valve d rises, it acts on the membrane 14.
This springs down, and through the mediation of the rod 15, spring 16 and the pin 17, the plate 5 is pushed down ver and the valve d opens, of course, provided that not one of the suggestions acting from below by E, m- pordrück.en the plate 5 seeks to close the valve.
If, for example, the pressure behind the valve, which acts on the diaphragm 19, has reached its maximum value or is now rising to this value, the plate cannot be moved downwards, or if it is moving downwards , it is forced to go upwards, which is why the valve is then closed again, as described above.
By changing the lengths of the pins or pins belonging to the various suggestions. Rods, the regulation can be set to the various values.
From what has been said, it can be seen that in the present case the valve opens if the pressure upstream of the same should rise above a certain value, regardless of whether the pressure, as far as it has not reached a certain limit value, is downstream of the valve Valve would rise; It also opens if the pressure behind the valve should drop; regardless of whether the pressure in front of the valve should drop and consequently wanted to close the valve.
Opposite relationships are obtained if the stimuli acting on an inevitable system are allowed to act on the plate from above and the stimuli acting on a flexible stone from below, or if the outlet openings v are arranged in such a way that they move upwards when the plate moves upwards 5 can be reduced in size with their rod 7.
From what has been said, it follows that any number of suggestions can be arranged and that all conceivable combinations for valve control can be based on this principle.
The stimuli acting on the regulation can, as was described for this embodiment, be dependent solely on a variable, a pressure, a temperature or the like, but they can of course just as well be functions of several variables, for example on the Difference, from the sum or the ratio of two respectively. more pressing.
In Fig. 2 another exemplary embodiment of the relay a is shown. In this embodiment, the valve should be controlled by two pressures so that the valve should always open when one of the pressure excitations wants to open it, but should remain closed if the one pressure has reached a certain maximum value or be closed.
A pressure acts on each of the mem brane 30 and 31, namely a pressure through the line 18 on the membrane 30 and a pressure through the line 13 on the mem brane 31, which membrane is mediated by the sleeve 33, the Spring 33 and the one in sleeve 3 \? sliding pins 34, with the adjustable stops 35 and 36, as well as with the bracket 38 adjustable in its longitudinal direction by means of the screw 37, can act on the lever arm 39.
This lever arm changes the size of the outlet openings 2 #. At point 40 he has a solid support and is held against this point and against the pin 34 by the 41 Fe.
The bracket 38 is fastened to the membrane 30 by means of the screw 37, while the sleeve 32 rests loosely against the membrane 31.
It is assumed that the tube h, which sits the two outlet openings v, is again in connection with the space 1c (Fig. 1) as above. If the outlet openings v are enlarged for any reason, the valve will close as described above; If, on the other hand, the openings are made smaller, the valve will open more or less in accordance with the reduction in size.
The device works in the following way: Assume that the pressure on the membrane 31 rises for some reason. As a result, YES the sleeve 32 is shoved to the left. The spring 33 is designed so that it outweighs the force of the spring 41. The pin 34 is thus also shifted to the left and -the lever arm 39 is forced to rotate about the fixed support- 40, so that the openings v are reduced.
As described above, this has the consequence that valve-d opens slightly. Consequently, the valve will open in this case when the pressure on the membrane 31 rises above a certain value, and the valve d can serve as a so-called f_Tbenstränaventil, i.e. H. it opens when or the pressure in front of the valve rises above a certain value, and: throttles or closes when the pressure in front of the valve falls below a certain value.
There. If there is a backlash between the stops 35 and 36 and the bracket 38, it is clear that the pressure acting on the membrane 31 can regulate the valve within certain limits independently of the pressure acting on the membrane 30, i. H. as long as the membrane 30 does not work towards a regulation itself.
If the pressure acting on the diaphragm 30 falls, the bracket 38 is pulled to the left as a result of the diaphragm 30 to be turned back;
Should the pressure drop so low that the bracket 38 hits the stop 36, the pin 34, which slides easily in the sleeve 32, is pulled to the left, whereby the openings v are reduced, with the result that the valve depending on the Reduction of the openings v more or less the opens.
The valve d will consequently work in this case as a reducing valve and regardless of which, the diaphragm 31 can always open the pressure if the pressure acting on the diaphragm 30 should fall below a certain value.
Should the pressure acting on the membrane 30 rise so high that the bracket. 38 is pushed so far to the right that it hits the stop 35, this has the consequence that the spring 33 is pushed together and the pin 34 is pushed to the right.
As a result, the openings v are enlarged and the valve d closes, and this process takes place regardless of whether the pressure acting on the membrane 31 simultaneously tends to move the pin 34 in the opposite direction and open the valve accordingly. This would now have the consequence that the spring 33 is compressed.
Because the stops 35 and 36 are made adjustable on the pin 38 and the position of the bracket 38 can be changed by means of the right-handed and left-handed screw 37, the regulation can be adjusted within wide limits.
It is clear that two or more relays can also be used for regulation, each influenced by different stimuli.
