Abstract
Insert en carbure cémenté fritté pour des applications d'exploitation minière ou de coupe comprenant : une granulométrie de WC moyenne comprise entre 0,8 et 18 µm; une phase liante selon un poids entre 4 et 18 % en poids; une phase gamma avec les précurseurs de phase gamma cubique selon un poids entre 0,8 et 10 % en poids; des impuretés inévitables et un reste de WC; et la différence entre la dureté à n'importe quel point de 0,3 mm à partir de la surface de l'insert et la dureté de la masse étant d'au moins 25 HV3, la dureté étant mesurée selon la norme ISO EN6507 et un procédé de production dudit carbure cémenté.
