Abstract

L'invention concerne un moyen de fermeture (10), particulièrement utile pour le commerce électronique. Le moyen de fermeture comprend un couvercle (16) et une base de capuchon (12) qui peut être fixée de manière amovible à un récipient, la base de capuchon comprenant une ouverture (24). Lorsque le couvercle est en position ouverte, un ou plusieurs rabats à barbelures (82) s'étendent vers l'extérieur à partir du bouchon dépendant au niveau de son extrémité distale par rapport au couvercle. Lorsque le couvercle est mis en position fermée avec le bouchon dépendant à l'intérieur de la paroi d'ouverture cylindrique, les barbelures sont poussées vers le haut contre les parois du bouchon et sont reçues à l'intérieur d'un évidement dans la paroi d'ouverture cylindrique. Dans l'évidement, les rabats à barbelures butent contre une paroi supérieure de l'évidement (40) de telle sorte qu'une force supplémentaire est nécessaire pour ouvrir le couvercle, par exemple pendant le transport. Lorsque le consommateur souhaite ouvrir le couvercle, il exerce la force supplémentaire nécessaire pour forcer le couvercle à s'ouvrir, ce qui amène les rabats à barbelures à reprendre leur position d'origine s'étendant vers l'extérieur à partir du bouchon cylindrique.
