Claims (15)

Claims:

a receiving module configured to receive an interactive request delivered by a second terminal, wherein the interactive request includes at least a data value of target data and a preset time; and a response module configured to deliver a first data certificate to the second terminal when responding to the interactive request, wherein the first data certificate is generated by a first server by locking a first data in the first terminal according to a request from the first terminal.
2. The device of claim 1, wherein the interactive request may be delivered directly by the second terminal to the first terminal that is qualified.
3. The device of any one of claims 1 to 2, wherein the interactive request may be delivered by the second terminal to an e-commerce platform.
4. The device of claim 3, wherein the e-commerce platform is configured to filter the first terminal that is qualified for delivering the interactive request.
5. The device of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the interactive request may be delivered as a text message.
6. The device of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the interactive request may be delivered as a webpage link.
7. The device of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the interactive request may be delivered as a data certificate.
8. A data exchange processing method in an online funds-raising project, comprising:

receiving an interactive request delivered by a second terminal, wherein the interactive request includes at least a data value of target data and a preset time; and delivering a first data certificate to the second terminal when responding to the interactive request, wherein the first data certificate is generated by a first server by locking a first data in the first terminal according to a request from the first terminal.
9. The method of claim 8 further includes:
delivering a request for generating the first data certificate to the first server when confirming to respond to the interactive request, wherein the request includes first data information to be locked; and delivering the first data certificate to the second terminal when receiving the first data certificate delivered by the first server.
10. The method of any one of claims 8 to 9, wherein the interactive request may be delivered directly by the second terminal to the first terminal that is qualified.
11. The method of any one of claims 8 to 10, wherein the interactive request may be delivered by the second terminal to an e-commerce platform.
12. The method of claim 11, wherein the e-commerce platform is configured to filter the first terminal that is qualified for delivering the interactive request.
13. The method of any one of claims 8 to 10, wherein the interactive request may be delivered as a text message.
14. The method of any one of claims 8 to 10, wherein the interactive request may be delivered as a webpage link.
15. The method of any one of claims 8 to 10, wherein the interactive request may be delivered as a data certificate.
