Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de commande de trajectoire de trépan dans une formation souterraine. Ledit procédé comprend la réception de paramètres de forage pour actionner un ensemble en profondeur de forage (BHA) spécifique, la construction, avec un processeur informatique, d'un simulateur de forage directionnel qui comprend un modèle informatique du BHA et de la formation souterraine, le calcul du mouvement axial et du mouvement latéral d'un trépan relié à une extrémité inférieure du BHA en utilisant des paramètres de formation et des paramètres de forage, la prédiction de marche de trépan du trépan en tenant compte et en calculant des forces de contact et des forces de frottement entre le BHA et une paroi d'un trou de forage dans la formation souterraine en utilisant le modèle informatique du BHA, et la détermination d'une trajectoire de trépan ajustée pour tenir compte de la marche de trépan prédite. Le procédé comprend la détermination de paramètres de forage ajustés pour actionner le BHA pour suivre sensiblement la trajectoire de trépan ajustée et actionner le BHA selon les paramètres de forage ajustés.
