Abstract

La présente invention concerne des procédés et un appareil permettant de transmettre des messages de correction de temporisation de capteur avec un contrôleur hôte. Les procédés et l'appareil déterminent des messages de synchronisation qui sont transmis à un capteur couplé au contrôleur hôte par l'intermédiaire d'une interface, lesdits messages indiquant un début d'une période de synchronisation destinée à synchroniser une temporisation du contrôleur hôte et du capteur. De plus, un message de temps de retard est déterminé pour indiquer un temps de retard entre le début de la période de synchronisation et un temps de transmission réel du message de synchronisation. Le message de synchronisation est transmis au capteur avec le message de temps de retard dans un message d'informations, ledit message d'informations étant configuré pour permettre au capteur de corriger une synchronisation d'un temporisateur de capteur en tenant compte du temps de retard.
