Claims (142)

Claims:
1. An interbank payment system for managing an online interbank payment transaction between a payer and a recipient, the interbank payment system comprising:
an interbank payment server;
a plurality of card issuing terminals; and a plurality of client terminals;
wherein the plurality of client terminals includes:
at least one payment client terminal; and at least one receiving client terminal;
wherein the at least one payment client terminal is configured to issue, through the interbank payment server, a payment request to the at least one receiving client terminal, the payment request comprising payment request information including a payment amount and payment account information of a payment account bound to the payer in the interbank payment server, the payment account information including one of the plurality of card issuing terminals bound to the payer in the interbank payment server;
wherein the interbank payment server is configured to establish an instant online session between the at least one payment client terminal and the at least one receiving client terminal and send the payment request from the payment client terminal to the receiving client terminal via the instant online session;
wherein the at least one receiving client terminal is configured to respond to the payment request by returning, through the interbank payment server, a receipt confirmation to the payment client terminal, the receipt confirmation comprising receipt coml..' Date Recue/Date Received 2022-07-20 information which includes receiving account information of a receiving account bound to the recipient in the interbank payment server, the receiving account information including one of the plurality of card issuing terminals bound to the recipient in the interbank payment server, the receipt confirmation for use in generating a payment command for effecting a payment from the payment account to the receiving account when received by the interbank payment server;
wherein the interbank payment server includes a payment module configured to generate the payment command according to the payment account information and the receiving account information and deliver the payment command to the card issuing terminal corresponding to the payment account information selected at the payment client; and wherein the card issuing terminal corresponding to the payment account information is configured to receive the payment command from the interbank payment server and pay an amount corresponding to the payment amount from the payment account to the receiving account according to the payment command.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein each client terminal is communicatively connected to the interbank payment server.
3. The system of claim 1, wherein the plurality of card issuing terminals are communicatively connected to the interbank payment server.
4. The system of any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the client terminal is further configured to log in the interbank payment server to bind a user's identity information to the corresponding card issuing terminal.
5. The system of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the payment client terminal is further configured to publish a plurality of service information to the payment client through the interbank payment server.

The system of any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the receiving client terminal is further configured to select at least one piece of service information from the plurality of service information and deliver the payment request information to the receiving client terminal via the interbank payment server according to the selected service information.
7. The system of claim 6, wherein the plurality of service information contains payment installment information.
8. The system of any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the interbank payment server further includes a storage module and a query module.
9. The system of claim 8, wherein the storage module is configured to store the payment request information and receipt confirmation information.
10. The system of claim 8, wherein the query module is configured to, in response to a querying request, query the payment request information and the receipt confirmation information and return a querying result to the client terminal that delivered the querying request.
11. The system of claim 10, wherein the client terminal is further configured to deliver the querying request to the interbank payment server.
12. The system of any one of claims 1 to 11, wherein the interbank payment server further includes an online conversation module.
13. The system of claim 12, wherein the online conversation is configured to establish an instant online communication between the at least one payment client terminal and the at least one receiving client terminal.
14. The system of any one of claims 1 to 13, wherein the payment account is a bank account.
15. The system of claim 14, wherein the bank account is associated with an account balance.
16. The system of any one of claims 1 to 13, wherein the payment account is a credit account.

27. The system of any one of claims 1 to 26, wherein the client terminal is a mobile terminal.
28. The system of claim 27, wherein the mobile terminal is operatively connected to a base station through a wireless network.
29. The system of claim 28, wherein the base station is connected to the interbank payment server whereby the mobile terminal is connected to the interbank payment server through the base station.

31. The system of any one of claims 1 to 29, wherein the client terminal is a desktop computer.
32. The system of claim 31, wherein the desktop computer connects to the interbank payment server through the intemet.
33. The system of any one of claims 1 to 32, wherein the plurality of card issuing terminals are installed in a backstage bank server.
34. The system of claim 33, wherein the plurality of card issuing terminals are operatively connected to the interbank payment server through the intemet to read account fund data stored on the payment account and the receiving account.
35. The system of claim 34, wherein a financial flow between the interbank payment server and the card issuing terminal does not occur.
36. The system of any one of claims 1 to 35, wherein each client terminal binds the plurality of card issuing terminals in accordance with a plurality of bank card numbers stored in the interbank payment server.
37. The system of claim 36, wherein each client terminal further binds personal information to interbank payment server, for a user to access multiple bank account information in multiple banks through the interbank payment server.
38. An interbank payment method for managing an online interbank payment transaction between a payer and a recipient, the method comprising:
sending a payment request from at least one payment client terminal to at least one receiving client terminal through an interbank payment server, the payment request Date Recue/Date Received 2022-07-20 including a payment amount and specifying a first card issuing terminal bound to the payer in the interbank payment server, wherein the payment request corresponds to a payment account bound to the payer in the interbank payment server, and wherein the at least one payment client terminal and the at least one receiving client terminal each reside within a respective client terminal, and wherein sending the payment request includes:
establishing an instant online session between the payment client terminal and the receiving client terminal via the interbank payment server; and sending the payment request from the payment client terminal to the receiving client terminal via the instant online session;
sending a response to the payment request from the receiving client terminal returning a receipt comprising receipt confirmation information including an information on a second card issuing terminal corresponding to a receiving account through the interbank payment server, the receipt confirmation information for use in generating a payment command for effecting a payment from the payment account to the receiving account when received by the interbank payment server;
generating the payment command by a payment module within the interbank payment server wherein the payment command is based on a first information from the payment account and a second information from the receiving account, and delivering the payment command to the first card issuing terminal; and receiving the payment command at the first card issuing terminal and paying an amount equal to the payment amount from the payment account to the receiving account according to the payment command.
39. The method of claim 38, further comprising:

40. The method of claim 38, wherein the interbank payment server stores the payment request information when sending the payment request from the at least one payment client terminal to the at least one receiving client terminal.
41. The method of claim 38, wherein the interbank payment server stores the receipt confirmation information when sending the response to the payment request from the receiving client terminal.
42. The method of claim 38, wherein upon receiving the payment command at the first card issuing terminal and paying an amount equal to the payment amount from the payment account to the receiving account according to the payment command, the method further comprises:
delivering a query request from the payment/receiving client terminal to the interbank payment server; and responding to the query request by identifying the payment request and the receipt confirmation information in the interbank payment server and returning a query result to the client terminal that is responsive to the query request.
43. The method of claim 38 or 39 further comprising:
sending a plurality of service information from the receiving client terminal to the payment client terminal through the interbank payment server; and selecting at least one piece of service information from the plurality of service information and sending the payment request to the receiving client terminal through the interbank payment server according to the at least one piece of service information.

44. The method of claim 38, wherein each payment/receiving client terminal is communicatively connected to the interbank payment server.
45. The method of claim 38, wherein the plurality of card issuing terminals are communicatively connected to the interbank payment server.
46. The method of any one of claims 38 to 45, wherein the client terminal is further configured to log in the interbank payment server to bind a user's identity information to the corresponding issuance card terminal.
47. The method of claim 43, wherein the payment client terminal is further configured to publish the plurality of service information to the payment client through the interbank payment server.

The method of claim 47, wherein the receiving client terminal is further configured to select at least one piece of service information from the plurality of service information and deliver the payment request message to the receiving client via the interbank payment server according to the selected at least one piece of service information.
49. The method of claim 48, wherein the plurality of service information contains payment installment information.
50. The method of any one of claims 38 to 49, wherein the interbank payment server further includes a storage module and a query module.
51. The method of claim 50, wherein the storage module is configured to store the payment request information and receipt confirmation information.
52. The method of claim 51, wherein the query module is configured to, in response to a querying request, query the stored payment request information and receipt confirmation information and return a querying result to the client terminal that delivered the querying request.
53. The method of claim 52, wherein the client terminal is further configured to deliver the querying request to the interbank payment server.

73. The method of any one of claims 38 to 72, wherein the payment/receiving client terminal is a desktop computer.
74. The method of claim 73, wherein the desktop computer connects to the interbank payment server through the intemet.
75. The method of any one of claims 38 to 74, wherein each of the first and second card issuing terminals is installed in a backstage bank server.
76. The method of claim 75, wherein the plurality of card issuing terminals are operatively connected to the interbank payment server through the intemet to read account fund data stored on the payment account and the receiving account.

79. A computer implemented client terminal system for use in an interbank payment system for managing an online interbank payment transaction between a payer and a recipient, the client terminal comprising:
a payment client terminal configured to:
issue, through an interbank payment server, a payment request including payment amount information associated with a payment account and one of a plurality of card issuing terminals as payment request information of the payment account to a payment receiving client terminal, wherein each of the payment account and the one of a plurality of card issuing terminals is bound to the payer in the interbank payment server, wherein the payment request is issued via an instant online session established by the interbank payment server between the payment client terminal and the payment receiving client terminal;
a receiving client terminal configured to:
respond to the payment request; and return a receipt comprising receipt confirmation information including one of the plurality of card issuing terminals as receiving account information of a receiving account to the payment client terminal through the interbank payment server, wherein each of the receiving account and the one of the plurality of card issuing teiininals is bound to the recipient in the interbank Date Recue/Date Received 2022-07-20 payment server, the receipt confirmation information for use in generating a payment command for effecting a payment from the payment account to the receiving account when received by the interbank payment server.
80. The system of claim 79, wherein the receiving client terminal and the payment client terminal are communicatively connected to the interbank payment server.
81. The system of any one of claims 79 to 80, wherein the payment client terminal and the receiving client terminal are further configured to log into the interbank payment server to bind a user's identity information to the card issuing terminal corresponding to the user's identity informati on.
82. The system of any one of claims 79 to 81, wherein the payment client terminal is further configured to publish multiple types of service information to the payment receiving client through the interbank payment server.
83. The system of claim 82, wherein the payment client terminal is further configured to select at least one piece of service information from the multiple types of service information and delivers the payment request message to the receiving client via the interbank payment server according to the selected service information.
84. The system of claim 83, wherein the plurality of service information contains payment installment information.
85. The system of any one of claims 79 to 84, wherein the interbank payment server further includes a storage module and a query module.
86. The system of claim 85, wherein the storage module is configured to store the payment request information and receipt confirmation information.
87. The system of claim 86, wherein the query module is configured to, in response to a querying request from a requesting terminal, the requesting terminal being the payment client terminal or the receiving client terminal, query the stored payment request information and the receipt Date Recue/Date Received 2022-07-20 confirmation information and retum a querying result to the requesting client terminal that delivered the querying request.
88. The system of claim 87, wherein the requesting client terminal is further configured to deliver the querying request to the interbank payment server.

90. The system of claim 89, wherein the online conversation is configured to establish an instant online communication between the payment client terminal and the receiving client terminal.
91. The system of any one of claims 79 to 90, wherein the payment account is a bank account.
92. The system of claim 91, wherein the bank account is associated with an account balance.
93. The system of any one of claims 79 to 90, wherein the payment account is a credit account.
94. The system of claim 93, wherein the credit account is associated with a credit limit.
95. The system of any one of claims 79 to 90, wherein the payment account is a debit account.
96. The system of claim 95, wherein the debit account is associated with an account balance.
97. The system of any one of claims 79 to 95, wherein the plurality of card issuing terminals are each associated with a plurality of different issuing banks.
98. The system of any one of claims 79 to 96, wherein at least one of the payment client terminal and the receiving client terminal is a mobile terminal.
99. The system of claim 98, wherein the mobile terminal is operatively connected to a base station through a wireless network.

105. The system of claim 104, wherein the plurality of card issuing terminals are operatively connected to the interbank payment server through the internet to read account fund data stored on the payment account and the receiving account.
106. The system of any one of claims 79 to 105, wherein each of the payment and receiving client terminals bind the plurality of card issuing terminals in accordance with a plurality of bank card numbers stored in the interbank payment server.
107. The system of claim 106, wherein at least one of the payment client terminal and the receiving client terminal binds personal information to interbank payment server, it enables a user through the interbank payment server to access to its multiple bank account information in multiple banks.

108. An interbank payment server for use in an interbank payment system for managing an online interbank payment transaction between a payer and a recipient, the interbank payment server comprising:
a memory for storing data;
a computer processor;
wherein the computer processor is configured to:
receive, from a receiving client terminal, a receipt confirmation responding to a payment request from a payment client terminal, the receipt confirmation comprising receipt confirmation information which includes receiving account information of a receiving account bound to the recipient in the interbank payment server, the receiving account information specifying one of a plurality of card issuing terminals bound to the recipient in the interbank payment server, the receipt confirmation for use in generating a payment command for effecting a payment from a payment account bound to the payer in in the interbank payment server and specified in the payment request to the receiving account when received by the interbank payment server;
execute a payment module configured to generate a payment command based on a first information from a payment account and a second information from a receiving account;
and transmit the payment command to a card issuing terminal communicatively connected to the interbank payment server; and wherein the computer processor is configured to establish an instant online session between the payment client terminal and the receiving client terminal for sending the payment request from the payment client terminal to the receiving client terminal.
109. The server of claim 108, wherein the interbank payment server is communicatively connected to a plurality of card issuing terminals.

112. The server of any one of claims 108 to 111, wherein each client terminal is further configured to log in the interbank payment server to bind a user's identity information to the card issuing terminal corresponding to the user's identity information.
113. The server of any one of claims 108 to 112, wherein the payment client terminal is also configured to publish multiple types of service information to the payment client through the interbank payment server.

The server of any one of claims 108 to 113, wherein the receiving client terminal is also configured to select at least one piece of service information from a plurality of service information and delivers the payment request message to the receiving client via the interbank payment server according to the selected service information.
115. The server of claim 114, wherein the plurality of service information contains payment installment information.
116. The server of any one of claims 108 to 115, wherein the interbank payment server further includes a storage module and a query module.
117. The server of claim 116, wherein the storage module is configured to store the payment request information and receipt confirmation information.

141. The server of claim 140, wherein the plurality of card issuing terminals are operatively connected to the interbank payment server through the internet to read account fund data stored on the payment account and the receiving account.
