Abstract

La présente invention concerne un appareil caractérisé par un microcontrôleur conçu pour : recevoir une signalisation contenant des informations concernant un changement mesuré d'un champ magnétique créé par un circuit magnétique d'entraînement de moteur; et déterminer une signalisation correspondante contenant des informations relatives à la vitesse de rotation du moteur, sur la base de la signalisation reçue. Le microcontrôleur fournit une signalisation de commande contenant des informations pour commander le fonctionnement du moteur, y compris lorsque la commande de moteur est utilisée pour commander l'écoulement de fluides à partir d'une pompe. Un capteur à effet Hall est utilisé pour détecter le flux magnétique et fournir la signalisation sous la forme d'un signal de rétroaction pour la mise en uvre de commande de moteur. Le carter du moteur possède une fente, le capteur à effet Hall est monté à l'extérieur du carter de moteur au-dessus de la fente, et un pont ferromagnétique est disposé par-dessus le capteur à effet Hall pour fermer le circuit magnétique et amener des flux supplémentaires à passer à travers le capteur à effet Hall.
