Abstract

A maintenance and fire fighting narrow-gauge traction engine specially used for tunnel comprises a first tractor head (1), a second tractor head (2), a first water tank truck compartment (3), a second water tank truck compartment (4), a dry powder tank truck compartment (5) and a foam tank truck compartment (6). The first water tank truck compartment (3), the second water tank truck compartment (4), the dry powder tank truck compartment (5) and the foam tank truck compartment (6) are sequentially connected and are all arranged between the first tractor head (1) and the second tractor head (2). One end of the first water tank truck compartment (3) is connected with the first tractor head (1). One end of the foam tank truck compartment (6) is connected with the second tractor head (2). Compared with a maintenance and fire fighting vehicle used for tunnel, the present traction engine is small and exquisite in size, flexible, convenient to use, complete in function and more suitable for a sparsely-populated high-speed tunnel. When fire behavior happens, the traction engine can be close to the fire behavior scene more timely and effectively compared with a fire fighting truck, commanding and dispatching the fire-behavior fighting work are facilitated, personnel, equipage and material supply can be effectively ensured, and therefore huge casualties and losses caused by the fire behavior can be reduced.

Description

Description Narrow-Gauge Locomotive Special for Maintenance and Fire Control in Tunnels.
Technical Field The present invention relates to a narrow-gauge traction locomotive special for maintenance and fire control in tunnels.
Description of the Related Art Fires in expressway tunnels are mainly caused by a short circuit of the inner power supply, vehicle faults and traffic accidents. After a fire occurs, the fire spreads quickly and widely, tending to causing massive personal injuries and death and financial losses.
Tunnels are usually long, narrow in pavement and high in traffic volume. When a fire occurs, expressway administrations have difficulties in adoption of effective measures to perform traffic control in time, vehicles get stuck, are difficult to be evacuated and can cause traffic jams very easily;
moreover, due to the various combustibles, and the fire spreads along with the vehicles, easily resulting in the horrifying scene of massive fires. Meanwhile, limited by the tunnel space, the rescue personnel and the fire control equipment fail to play an effective combination role, thus prolonging the fire extinguishing time, delaying the optimal opportunities for fire control, and greatly increasing difficulties in rescue. Due to the features of the building structures of the expressway tunnels, the fire in the tunnel is fierce and generates various hazards such a high risk of explosion, a high temperature, quick spreading, concentrated toxic smoke, poor visible conditions, causing great difficulties to rescue and fire control. Moreover, the roadways for fire control are insufficient; the operation space is limited; the fire point is difficulty reached; the position of the fire point and the firing scope are difficultly measured.
Safety facilities in the tunnels are electrically operable and have low resistance to fire. Once a big fire occurs, the internal facilities are extremely easily damaged, in particular when the lighting in the tunnels is damaged; more difficulties are brought to the fire control. In the case of leak of the dangerous chemical materials and poisonous materials, very serious consequences will be generated. The control of the fire accidents in the expressway tunnels faces the challenges of high danger, massive losses, huge difficulties, long time, long working distance, ineffective guarantee on organization of the backup personnel, equipment, apparatuses and materials, and difficulties in command.
Detailed Contents of the Present Invention The technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a narrow-gauge traction locomotive special for maintenance and fire control in tunnels, which can quickly and effectively deliver firemen and fire control facilities to the fire point of the fire field.
The technical solution employed by the present invention to solve the above technical problem is as follows:A narrow-gauge traction locomotive special for maintenance and fire control in tunnels includes a first traction headstock, a second traction headstock, a first water tank car, a second water tank car, a dry-power cylinder car, a foam cylinder car; the first water tank car, the second water tank car, the dry-power cylinder car and the foam cylinder car are connected in turn, and all positioned between the first traction headstock and the second traction headstock; one end of the first water tank car is connected with the first traction headstock; and one end of the foam cylinder car is connected with the second traction headstock.
The present invention has the following beneficial effects:
Relative to tunnel maintenance and fire vehicles, the narrow-gauge traction locomotive special for maintenance and fire control in tunnels is small in size, flexible, conveniently used, complete in functions, and applicable to high-speed tunnels sparsely populated. When a fire
2 =

occurs, comparison with the fire vehicles, the narrow-gauge traction locomotive can more effectively approach the fire field in time, facilitating the commanding and scheduling of the fire control, effectively guarantee the supply of personnel, equipment, apparatuses, goods and materials, thus reducing massive death, injuries and losses caused by fire.
Based on the above technical solution, the present invention can be improved in the following way.
Further, the narrow-gauge traction locomotive special for maintenance and fire control in tunnels also includes two personnel and materials cars.
The beneficial effects of the employing the further technical solution includes evacuation of trapped persons and delivery of goods and materials when a fire occurs.
Further, the first water tank car, the second water tank car, the dry-power cylinder car and the foam cylinder car are all 1.5-2.5m long; and the two personnel and materials cars are also 1.5-2.5m long.
Further, the first water tank car, the second water tank car, the dry-power cylinder car and the foam cylinder car as long as the two personnel and materials cars, are all 2m long.
Further, the first water tank car and the second water tank car are both provided with water cannons.
Further, the dry-power cylinder car is provided with dry power cannons.
Further, the foam cylinder car is provided with foam guns.
The foam guns are foam guns for jetting automatically mixed water and B-type foam mixed solution.
Further, the first water tank car, the second water tank car, the dry-power cylinder car and the foam cylinder car are all internally equipped with fireman operation stations.
Further, the tops of the first traction headstock, the second traction headstock, the first water tank car, the second water tank car, the dry-power cylinder car and the foam cylinder car
3 , , are all equipped with illuminating lamps.
Further, the illuminating lamps are searchlights.
Three or four persons for routine inspection, maintenance or fire control can ride the first traction headstock and the second traction headstock. Each car (namely the first water tank car, the second water tank car, the dry-power cylinder car and the foam cylinder car) can be equipped with fire control equipment (special fireman equipment such as gas masks, fireproof cloths, and fire control apparatuses such as fire extinguishers, water guns, water tapes, water guns, spray guns, etc.) and also reserved with a fireman operation station where one or two fire men can ride.
The principle of the present invention is as follows:
Traction locomotive rails are fully laid on the maintenance roadways on one side or two sides of a tunnel. The maintenance roadways and the tunnel roadway are different in height, and motor vehicles also keep a certain distance to the maintenance roadways during normal running or during colliding, not affecting the movement on the maintenance roadways. The narrow-gauge traction locomotive special for maintenance and fire control in tunnels of the present invention can directly and quick deliver the firemen and fire control facilities to the firing point of the fire field through the movement space on the maintenance roadway, to implement closest and best fire control and rescue work. In the case of no fire, tunnel maintenance personnel can ride the locomotive of the present invention to perform inspection and maintenance work in the tunnels. The tunnel maintenance personnel work in the movement space on the maintenance roadways, so the personal safety of the personnel are fully guaranteed.
