Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé pour la synthèse d'acides nucléiques bicaténaires à partir d'une large variété d'échantillons et comprend l'utilisation de ces acides nucléiques pour une analyse approfondie des séquences. De plus, la présente invention concerne des réactifs spécifiques utilisés dans le procédé de la présente invention. En outre, l'invention concerne des kits comprenant des réactifs pour le procédé de l'invention et l'utilisation desdits kits.
