Abstract

Une capsule est décrite pour préparer une quantité prédéfinie de boisson à consommer au moyen dun produit pouvant être extrait. La capsule comprend une paroi circonférentielle, un fond fermant la paroi circonférentielle à une extrémité et un couvercle la fermant à lautre extrémité à lopposé du fond. Une zone dentrée est comprise dans le fond pour lalimentation dun fluide sous pression au produit à extraire pour préparer le breuvage. Une zone de sortie est fournie dans le couvercle pour drainer le breuvage préparé de la capsule. La zone dentrée de la capsule peut comprendre un filtre dentrée pour distribuer le fluide au produit à extraire et/ou la zone de sortie peut comprendre un filtre de sortie par lequel le breuvage peut être drainé hors de la capsule.
