Un procédé mis en uvre par ordinateur contrôle des aspects dun système de surveillance utilisant des commandes gestuelles et/ou vocales, et comprend : la réception dune ou les deux de données dentrée squelettes et de données dentrée vocale de lopérateur à partir dune caméra de détection de gestes et dun microphone; lutilisation dun processeur, faisant correspondre un ou les deux parmi les données dentrée squelettes reçues avec un geste stocké dans la base de données et les données dentrée vocale reçues avec une chaîne de texte stockée dans la base de données; la correspondance dun ou des deux chaînes de geste et de texte à une commande dun programme de gestion vidéo correspondante stockée dans la base de données; et la transmission des une ou plusieurs commandes du programme de gestion vidéo à un programme de gestion vidéo du système de surveillance.
