Abstract

Rembourrage de casque composé d'un ensemble de tubes. Une armature et des tubes sont reliés entre eux et installés à l'intérieur de la coque du casque. Une sangle fixe une cage à la coque permettant aux parois latérales de la cage d'être installées directement sur la coque. La coque est moulée avec des parties évidées recevant deux branches de la mentonnière de chaque côté où elles seront fixées à la coque pour faciliter la transition et diminuer le poids. Un dispositif de réglage comprend une molette de chaque côté du casque attachée à une bande souple arquée s'étendant vers l'arrière autour de la région occipitale du crâne. Un mécanisme coulissant fixé à la bande permet à la bande d'avancer ou de reculer afin d'être resserrée ou desserrée, respectivement, selon la tête du joueur. Un dispositif de réglage latéral à cliquet est aussi prévu.
