Abstract

Disclosed is a rail mounted rail vehicle support (1) comprising several wheelsets (4), some or all of which are provided with traction motors that are driven by at least one drive unit (28) or via a feeding device, a brake system, a wagon underframe (5) with solebars (6,6), on which rails (17) of a track (16) for supported automotive rail vehicle (2) are mounted, pivotally mounted front gate (7), and a docking device for a docking ramp (20),, which is provided with a brake system, operating devices, securing devices, an illumination device, sensor devices, and control devices, and a device for controlling the supported rail vehicle (2).

Claims (21)

  1. Claims l, Rail guided rail vehicle carrier with several wheel sets, wherein the wheels of the wheel sets are braked by a braking plants with a wagon floor frame with wagon frame side sills, wherein it the upper edge of the wagon floor frame is disposed in the region of the upper circumference of the wheels of the wheel sets or above with two rolling paths for the wheels of a carried rail vehicle and with at least one front gate attached to a front side, wherein the front gate is supported sideways toward the outside swivelable at a wagon frame side sill around a swivel axis disposed essentially vertical, wherein the front gate is boltable in the closing position of the front side of the rail vehicle carrier and wherein in particular a buffer breast, the vehicle connections with the connection mountings and fittings and illumination devices are placed at the front gate toward the outside and wherein the rail guided rail vehicle carrier is self propelled equipped with drive motors at least at the one or several or all wheel sets or wheels, wherein the wheel sets or wheels are driven by a least one feed device, wherein the feed device is disposed on the rail vehicle carrier, wherein furthermore at least a braking plant, drive operational devices and safety devices are placed on the rail vehicle carrier, which braking plant, drive operational devices and safety devices are controlled through one or several control devices present on the rail vehicle carrier and wherein the rail vehicle carrier is furnished with the docking installation for a docking ramp, characterized in that the self propelled rail guided rail vehicle carrier (1) carries the rails of a track as rolling paths for a carried automotively moving rail vehicle (2) and in addition an illumination device and sensor installations, wherein illumination device and the sensor installations like the braking plant, the drive operational devices and the safety devices either through the control device present on the rail vehicle carrier (1) and through at least one control device of the carried rail vehicle (2) or at least a part thereof furnished for this purpose are controlled essentially immediately by the control device of the carried rail vehicle (2) furnished for this purpose and/or data of the installations and arrangements transfer, wherein the drive motors of the rail vehicle carrier (1) are driven by at least one drive unit (28) or by the feed device attached on the drive unit (28).

Rail guided rail vehicle carrier according to the preceding claim characterized in that the at least one front gate (7) of the self propelled rail vehicle carrier (1) is furnished with a mechanical coupling connector (10) at the inside (11), wherein the mechanical coupling connector (10) can be coupled with the mechanical coupling (9), wherein the mechanical coupling (9) is preferably controllable from the carried rail vehicle (2), wherein the mechanical coupling connector (10) is equipped with a coordinated plug coupling connector (13) at the front gate (7), wherein the plug coupling connector (13) can be coupled with a plug coupling (12), in particular a controllable plug coupling, preferably for multiple control with expanded function region, wherein the plug coupling connector (13) renders connectable the control devices of the carried rail vehicle (2) to the self propelled rail vehicle carrier (1).
  3. 3. Rail guided rail vehicle carrier according to one of the preceding claims characterized in that the self propelled rail vehicle carrier (1) is equipped with a docking installation at the front side (14,14'), wherein the docking installation is furnished in each case with that least one ramp buffer (18) and a controllable mechanical bolting connector (19) for a coordinated docking ramp (20), wherein the docking ramp (20) is equipped with an adapted ramp buffer receiver and with a mechanical bolting piece.

Rail guided rail vehicle carrier according to one of the preceding claims characterized in that a heavy power current coupling plug of the rail vehicle (2) and an additional heavy power current coupling plug connector of the self propelled rail vehicle carrier (1) for the feeding in of the feed current for the drive motors at the drive current rectifiers and/or the brake current of the drive motors to the brake resistances of the supported and carried rail vehicle (2) in addition to the controllable plug coupling (12) and the plug coupling connector (13).
  5. 5. Rail guided rail vehicle carrier according to one of the preceding claims characterized in that a front gate (7) is hinged at each front side (14,14') of the rail vehicle carrier (1).
  6. 6. Rail guided rail vehicle carrier according to one of the preceding claims characterized in that the front gate (7) comprises two front gate wings preferably of the same width, wherein it the front gate wings are supported swivelably at the two wagon frame side sills (6,6') and are boltable to each other and in particular with the wagon floor frame (5).
  7. 7. Rail guided rail vehicle carrier according to one of the preceding claims characterizes in that the front gate (7) and the front gate wings end downwardly above the height level of the rail heads of the rails (17) of the carried rail vehicle (2).
  8. 8. Rail guided rail vehicle carrier according to one of the preceding claims characterized in that the drive unit (28) and/or one or several feed devices and in particular their control devices and/or the control devices of the braking plant, as well as the drive operational devices and the safety devices and the sensor devices of the self propelled rail vehicle carrier (1) are incorporated in a front gate (7) or in frame side sill tops (15).
  9. 9. Rail guided rail vehicle carrier according to one of the preceding claims chracterized in that the frame side sill tops (15) are recessed on the wagon frame side sills (6,6') of the rail vehicle carrier (1), at least over the width of the doors (21) of the carried rail vehicle (2).
  10. 10. Rail guided rail vehicle carrier according to one of the preceding claims characterized in that frame side sill tops (15) are installed for the incorporation of devices of the vehicle and brake operational installations and/or of feeding devices, such as current conversion units, electrochemical current generator or energy storages of all kinds such as accumulator plants charging devices for the accumulator plants, illuminating and/or control devices and containers and installations for operational agents and/or operational materials or the like.
  11. 11. Rail guided rail vehicle carrier according to one of the preceding claims characterized in that the wagon frame side sills (6,6') of the rail vehicle carrier (1) are furnished with raised footstep treads (22) at least over the width of the doors (21) and either at the height level of the platform edges (23) on the railway line of the rail vehicle carrier (1) and in the height level of the wagon floor (24) of the carried rail vehicle (2) at the same level or they are formed as intermediate steps between the height level of the wagon floor (24) of the carried rail vehicle (2) and the edge of the platform (23) and the raised footstep treads (22) are inn particular automatically controllable together with the doors (21) at the height level of the wagon floor (24) or in between movable and bridging the distance to the platform edge (23).
  12. 12. Rail guided rail vehicle carrier according to one of the preceding claims characterized in that the drive motors of the wheel sets (4) are electric motors, wherein the electric motors upon feeding from the electric overhead line of the railway line of the self propelled rail vehicle carrier (1) through the carried rail vehicle (2) with an additional heavy power current coupling and at a correspondingly high electric overhead line voltage through a voltage converter installed at the carried rail vehicle.
  13. 13. Rail guided rail vehicle carrier according to one of the preceding claims characterized in that the self propelled rail vehicle carrier (1) is equipped with at least one drive unit (28), wherein the drive unit (28) comprises a combustion engine, such as gasoline engine or diesel engine, gas turbine, Sterling machine, combustion engine electric or hydraulic or electro-hydraulic upon feeding of from the carried rail vehicle (2) or includes an electric conversion unit or a voltage/current rectifier or converter.
  14. 14. Rail guided rail vehicle carrier according to one of the preceding claims characterized in that the self propelled rail vehicle carrier exhibits a construction length between the mechanical coupling connectors (10) of the front gates (7), which construction length is larger than the construction length of the carried rail vehicle (2) over the mechanical couplings (9), wherein the carried rail vehicle (2) docked on the rail guided rail vehicle carrier (1) is only coupled at one of the mechanical coupling connectors (10) of the front gate (7) disposed at the front side (14) located in drive direction (25) or in case of a distance of the two mechanical coupling connectors (10) equal to the construction length of the carried rail vehicle (2), then the carried rail vehicle (2) is preferably coupled at the mechanical coupling connectors (10) of the two front gates (7).
  15. 15. Rail guided rail vehicle carrier according to one of the preceding claims characterized in that the self propelled. rail vehicle carrier (1) is composed out of two rail vehicle carrier parts (1',1") connected with a hinge connection (26), wherein the vertical hinge axis essentially coincides with a hinge axis of the coupled and of a hinged vehicle formed, carried automotively moving rail vehicle (2).
  16. 16. Rail guided rail vehicle carrier according to one of the preceding claims characterized in that the rails (17) of the track (16) are longitudinally shiftable supported in the rail guided rail vehicle carrier (1) composed out of two rail vehicle carrier parts (1', 1") connected with a hinge connection (26).
  17. 17. Rail guided rail vehicle carrier according to one of the preceding claims characterized in that the rails (17) of the track (15) are installed spatially fixed for a carried rail vehicle (2) on the connected rail vehicle carrier parts (1',1") and wherein the rails (17) are subdivided in the region of the hinge connection (26) and at a distance from each other and wherein the distance in straight position of the two connected rail vehicle carrier parts (1',1") and an opened front gate (7) are bridged with a track intermediate piece, wherein the track intermediate piece controlled releases the distance upon closing of the two front gates (7), preferably by shifting in longitudinal direction of the rail vehicle carrier (1) or by sideways or downwardly directed shifting or by swiveling.
  18. 18. Rail guided rail vehicle carrier according to one of the preceding claims characterized in that the rails (17) of the track (16) for a carried rail vehicle (2) are formed with once longitudinally subdivided rail heads on the connected rail vehicle carrier parts (1', 1") in the region of the hinge connection (26), wherein in each case a left rail part on the one vehicle carrier part (1') supplement to a complete rail at with a right rail part on the other rail carrier part (1") and vice versa and engage to such an extent in order to enable a length compensation of the track (16) for the angle formation at the hinge connection (26) in case of a drive along a curve, both for locally fixed laid rails (17), but also with shiftably laid rails (17).

Rail guided rail vehicle carrier according to one of the preceding claims characterized in that the carried rail vehicle (2) is equipped automotively, in particular with an electrical drive through the current supply of an electrical overhead line (8) or with a drive with combustion engines with electrical generators and preferably for the feeding of the drive motors of the rail vehicle carrier (1).
  20. 20. Rail guided rail vehicle carrier according to any of the preceding claims characterized in that the carried automotively moving rail vehicle (2) is equipped as a multiple hinge drive wagon, in particular in narrow gauge track, preferably with low floor wagons, for the passenger transport.
  21. 21. Rail guided rail vehicle carrier according to one of the preceding claims characterized in that the carried rail vehicle (2) is furnished with a heating system,
