Abstract
Description
Büou à décor transformable La présente invention concerne un bijou à décor transformable.
Elle se rapporte plus particulièrement à un bijou du type bague, broche, boucle d'oreille ou analogue, portant des éléments décoratifs dont la couleur peut étre modifiée afin d'être harmonisée avec une tenue vestimentaire ou encore les envies de la personne portant ledit bijou.
On connaît déjà dans l'état de la technique antérieure, notamment par le brevet FR 1 381 490, une bague ou analogue pourvue d'un chaton portant au moins deux éléments décoratifs qui est monté pivotant entre les deux extrémités 1o d'ouverture du corps de la bague en forme d'anneau fendu offrant ainsi aux usagers la possibilité de deux ou plusieurs présentations différentes.
Un tel bijou bien que satisfaisant présente l'inconvénient de nécessiter son enlèvement du doigt afin de positionner un autre élément décoratif.
Le but de l'invention est de proposer un bijou à décor transformable permettant de résoudre l'inconvénient précité et procurant un nouvel attrait pour les bijoux transformables.
A cet effet, la présente invention a pour objet un bijou constitué d'un chaton support de pierreries et/ou de tout autre motif décoratif, caractérisé en ce que ce chaton-support est surplombé d'une pièce d'ornement conformée de façon à
occulter uniquement certaines parties des pierreries et/ou du motif décoratif du chaton et pourvue d'un mécanisme permettant son pivotement autour d'un axe vertical par rapport à la face support du chaton ainsi que son verrouillage automatique à chaque rotation de la pièce.
Selon une caractéristique avantageuse, le chaton support est muni de différents secteurs de pierreries etlou de motif dont la taille et la forme de chacun des secteurs est identique à chacune des parties saillantes d'un anneau central constituant la pièce d'ornement.
Selon une autre caractéristique avantageuse, la pièce d'ornement est en outre munie d'au moins une partie saillante destinée à occulter au moins un des secteurs agencés de manière régulière sur le chaton.
Selon encore une autre caractéristique avantageuse, les parties saillantes de la pièce d'ornement sont munies de pierreries et/ou de motif d'ornement.

proximité, dans le sens de rotation, disparaissent, enclenchant du même coup les ergots de la pièce d'ornement 4 dans les encoches 11 des secteurs 5 du chaton 3 alors occulté.
Un tel changement de motif peut être fait à volonté, c'est-à-dire à tout moment et, sans même ôter la bague du doigt. II aura pour conséquence de modifier rapidement l'aspect esthétique de la bague. La rotation libre de l'une 14 des portions cylindriques par rapport à l'autre 13 est contrariée par fagencernent d'un élément élastique 16, présentant la forme d'un anneau ouvert, saillant du corps de la portion cylindrique 14 de la pièce d'ornement 4 afin de se loger dans un évidemment 17 réalisé pour chaque secteur 5 de pierreries et/ou de motif du chaton 3.
On comprend que cet élément élastique 16 est apte à s'éclipser dans le corps 14 de la pièce d'ornement 4 par compression lors d'un entraînement en rotation jusqu'à qu'il rencontre un évidemment 17 correspondant à un motif qui sera occulté par la pièce d'ornement.
On comprend à la lecture de la description ci-dessus que le bijou de la prësente invention est relativement simple à réaliser et permet d'obtenir simplement au moins deux bijoux différents avec un unique support.
