Abstract

A three-piece garment that will be worn comfortably on or about a mammal's body, including one elongate fabric capsule section that is moisture permeable and possesses heat conducting and heat absorbing/dissipating properties, provides simplicity in application, safety in removal, cooling comfort, which contains a highly absorbent copolymer that is first saturated with water, then permitted to contact a mammal's body, absorb and evaporate heat and moisture previously permeated through its' fabric, thereby lowering the temperature of said capsule-section, also including two rectangular apex absorbent fabric sections used to wipe and absorb moisture and bodily secretions, wherethen absorbed moisture will evaporate into the atmosphere thereby lowering the temperature of said absorbent sections, while simultaneously providing coverage and protection from light and radiated heat energy to selected areas of a user's body, convenient means for storing and securing small articles, and an innovative advertising and/or promotional medium, said three fabric sections may be joined together or separated from each other as follows: 1) each absorbent fabric section's apex is attachable to and separable from the other absorbent fabric section's apex; 2) one apex of each absorbent fabric section is attachable to and separable from one end of said capsule section; 3) said capsule section's ends may be joined together or separated from each other - so as to: 1) accommodate fashioning variations of said garment in joined states; 2) accommodate fashioning variations of said garment in separated states; 3) properly clean and maintain each section.

Description

MULTIPURPOSE COOLING AND BODY SECRETION ABSORBING GARMENT
AND METHODS OF MANUFACTURING AND USING THE SAME
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Absorbent towels are commonly used for effective wiping and drying the skin during periods where increased body temperature or physical exertions cause the body to secrete oils, perspiration and other substances. Typically, a towel can be worn around the body, or it must be carried until used to wipe and remove said secretions. However, towels are generally insulating in their nature and can become increasingly warm and uncomfortable around the body areas that remain covered or contacted with a towel until used. Therefore, it is the intent of the present invention to address the warming and/or increasing body temperature issues associated with the wearing andlor storage locations of garments or articles possessing insulating properties on or around parts of the body, by providing cooling relief with convenient utilitarianism of wiping and absorbing bodily secretions.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The multipurpose functionality and benefits of the present invention include supplying users with a sectional garment comprising one or more comfortable body heat absorbing and heat dissipating evaporative cooling sections) which remain in comfortable contact with a user, that may remain attached to two body secretion wiping andlor drying, moisture and body heat absorbent sections, which lightly cover, but do not remain in tight contact with the user which further provide flexible options of being attached or released from each other, thereby supplying users with additional options of carrying or hanging said fabric sections wherever convenient, while simultaneously and continuously benefiting from enhanced body heat absorption and dissipation resulting from heat energy transferring processes occurring on and within said sections) remaining in contact with the body during use.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present art includes two absorbent fabric sections that are similar in size and appearance, each comprised of one absorbent fabric length in the shape of a rectangular apex, utilised for wiping and absorbing bodily secretions, and due to their positioning in relation to utilising the present invention, to further facilitate evaporation of absorbed moisture, thereby lowering actual temperatures of each said absorbent fabric section.
Said two absorbent fabric sections that promote evaporation may further function to protect a user from light and heat energy and display graphical images and messages.
The vertex of each said absorbent fabric section can be joined to or released from the vertex of its' complimenting absorbent fabric section by utilising compatible findings such as, but not limited to, snap fasteners, Velcro or buckles affixed to said vertex of each absorbent fabric section thereon.
A pocket including congruently affixed findings functioning to secure and store small articles such as coins or credit cards, may be attached to either or both said absorbent fabric sections) thereon, or fashioned with each said absorbent fabric length therefrom.
Said elongate sealed capsule section is constructed from a flexible material such as, but not limited to, polyester, cotton, or any combination of natural and synthetic fibres, provided said fabric utilised to manufacture said capsule promotes rapid moisture penetration and conductance of heat energy into and out of a core of permanently contained granulated moisture and heat absorbent, distensible copolymer.
One or more said compatible findings identical to those affixed to the vertex of each said absorbent fabric section will be affixed to each end of said capsule component, each finding further functioning to permanently seal each end of said capsule. Materials utilised to produce said capsule section might further be printed upon to display light reflective or non-light reflective graphics or messages.
Said absorbent fabric sections' vertexes may be joined to or released from one end of said elongate capsule section thereon, through incorporating similar said compatible findings affixed to said vertex of each absorbent fabric length.
Intentional uses of said present invention, relating to all forthcoming embodiments include releasing both said absorbent fabric lengths from said ends of said capsule section, if so presently joined, wherethen said capsule section is soaked in potable water, whereby said water penetrates said capsule section's fabric exterior, thereby contacting said encapsulated core of granulated absorbent copolymer. Said granulated absorbent copolymer then absorbs said water, which in turn causes said granulated copolymer to swell and fill the entire volume of said capsule section, thus causing said capsule's distension in both length and radius.
Upon said encapsulated absorbent copolymer attaining maximum water absorption, said capsule section is removed from said water, whereon said vertexes of each absorbent fabric length may then be re-attached to each end of said capsule section by joining together said findings affixed to each absorbent fabric length's vertex thereon, resulting a first variation of said garment which may be draped on or hung around the neck or shoulders, or tied around the head of a user, during which time said fabric components comprising said garment continuously promote enhanced heat absorption through voluntarily wiping warm bodily secretions, involuntary conductance and dissipation of absorbed heat energy via evaporation of said moisture absorbed within each of said garment's sections therein, while simultaneously providing shielding and protection from light and heat energy to those parts of the user's anatomy which are being covered or contacted by said absorbent fabric lengths and said capsule component respectively.
An additional embodiment of said present invention may be realised by joining together each end of said elongate fabric capsule via a second set of findings that may be affixed juxtaposed to said first set of findings affixed said capsule's ends thereon, thereby transforming said elongate fabric capsule into a closed loop that may encircle and adapt to parts of a mammal's anatomy, during which time said absorbent fabric lengths remain attached to said ends of said elongate fabric capsule through joining said first set of findings affixed thereon, while said absorbent fabric lengths and said elongate capsule components continuously promote enhanced heat absorption and dissipation through evaporation of said moisture and heat absorbed within each said garments' components, while continuously providing shielding and protection from light and heat energy to those parts of the user's anatomy currently covered or lightly contacted by said absorbent fabric lengths and said capsule component respectively.
A further embodiment of said present invention may be realised by wearing said elongate fabric capsule independently as a closed loop that encircles and adapts to selected parts of a mammal's anatomy by joining together each end of said elongate fabric capsule with one or both sets of said compatible findings affixed to each end thereon, after detaching said two absorbent fabric lengths from each end of said elongate fabric capsule, if so presently joined. Said compatible findings affixed to said vertexes of said absorbent fabric lengths may then be joined together to facilitate their hanging from any user convenient location such as, but not limited to, the belt loop of a pair of pants, a golf bag or purse strap, during which time said elongate capsule component continuously promotes heat absorption and dissipation through evaporation of said moisture and heat absorbed within each of said garment's components, while continuously shielding and protecting parts of a mammal°s anatomy from light and heat energy that either of said garment's components may cover or contact.
An additional and further embodiment of said present invention may be realised by wearing said elongate fabric capsule as an independent closed coop that encircles and adapts to selected parts of a mammal's anatomy, wherethen said vertexes of each absorbent fabric length are joined together by said compatible findings affixed thereon, so as to facilitate their hanging over said closed loop which currently encircles part of a user's anatomy, during which time each said absorbent fabric component(s), and said elongate capsule component, continuously promote enhanced heat absorption and dissipation through evaporation of said moisture and heat previously absorbed within each of said garment's sections, white continuously shielding and protecting parts of a mammal's anatomy from radiated heat and light energy that said garment's components may cover or contact.
While a user wears either of the aforementioned embodiments of said garment, said fabric comprising said elongate capsule section will contact, conduct, and draw body heat from the user, during which time said interior volume of said encapsulated and water-imbued copolymer contained opposite said surface area of said elongate capsule section's exterior currently contacting said user absorbs said conducted body heat. At this time, the exterior surFace areas of said elongate capsule section not in direct contact with said user, and said volume of encapsulated, water-imbued copolymer interior contained opposite said surface of said elongate capsule section's exposed exterior will become cooler as a net effect of evaporative refrigeration.
During use, said elongate capsule is rotated intermittently which exposes said exterior surface areas which have been contacting said user to the atmosphere, which have therefore been warmed thereon and therein, thus encouraging evaporative refrigeration of said water previously absorbed within said volume of imbued copolymer situated beneath said semi-permeable fabric capsule's surface. In addition, as said rotation of said cooled surface of said elongate capsule again contacts said user, said volume of encapsulated copolymer contained opposite said exterior surface of said elongate capsule is again permitted to absorb additional body heat conducted through said semi-permeable fabric comprising said capsule component.
The evaporative effectiveness of said volume of water imbued within said elongate capsule section is enhanced proportionally by elevated temperatures of said water absorbed within said absorbent copolymer resulting from body heat conducted within. As said warmed volume and exterior surface of said capsule section is exposed to said atmosphere, additional heat is radiated away from said elongate capsule section, thus resulting in an elevated dew-point of said atmosphere in the immediate and effective vicinity of said elongate capsule section's exterior. As variances between said local dew-point within said immediately effected atmosphere and the actual dew-point of atmosphere beyond said immediately effected atmosphere surrounding said elongate capsule section increase, said water imbued within said absorbent copolymer core will evaporate at proportionally elevated rates through said semi-permeable fabric capsule, and into said immediately effected atmosphere, carrying with said evaporating water, proportionally elevated joules of said absorbed body heat.
DESCRIPTION OF PRIOR ART
Headbands, or commonly known as sweatbands, have been used for many years in hot environmental conditions for absorbing pore secretions. Conventional handkerchief or neckerchief scarves and sweatbands are formed from thin fabrics of silk, cotton, rayon or the like.
Various classes of headbands, sweatbands and scarves have been devised in the prior art that are worn congruently on a user's body to absorb oils and perspiration secreted from the pores of a human, which also provide cooling through evaporation of water or perspiration. These bands are typically manufactured with absorbent materials, or contain absorbent materials that accommodate congruent flexibility around contours of the body parts that the bands may encircle or contact. Thus, it has been proposed to provide both elasticised and non-elasticised absorbent fabric bands that remain in firm contact with the skin, while absorbing and containing andlor evaporating water andlor perspiration.
Canadian Pat. No. 2,121,635 dated December 26, 1995 to FOWLER teaches an encircling fabric band with a pocket situated between a selected area, containing a freely disposed heat and water absorbent material used to absorb perspiration and moisture, which in turn becomes cool through evaporation. The user will apply the fabric band by tying each end of said band together in a knot around a part of the body, such as the neck, thereby reducing the likelihood of involuntary band removal, thereby promoting absorption and evaporation of perspiration.
A typical sweatband use; described in U.S. Pat. No. 1,434.,854. dated November 27, 1922 to STALL
employs absorbent pads held in place in a pouch upon one's forehead. A user will apply the elasticised band upon the head to absorb perspiration therefrom.
U.S. Pat. No. 5,062,157 dated November 5, 1991 to MUTA teaches a towel that serves additionally as a headband and head covering held in place by extended elasticised strips that fasten together at the back of the head. This band is pulled forward over the head, and is used to remove perspiration and grime from the face and neck areas.
U.S. Pat. No. 5,016,287 dated May 21, 1991 to HARRIS relates to a cloth hood of a towel like material. It is claimed that the intended use is to wear the towel like hood by a worker or exerciser when exposed to heat andlor the rays of the sun, so as to provide covering and absorb perspiration.
U.S. Pat. No. 4,742,581 dated May 10, 1988 to ROSENTHAL teaches a multi-layered cooling band system in the form of an elasticised headband or wristband laminate with fibreglass or metal mesh or cotton layers. The single-unit band is claimed to evaporate water with concurrent cooling of a person's body and absorption of perspiration.
U.S. Pat. No. 4,502,156 dated March 5, 1985 to WISHMAN relates to a moisture-absorbent band, comprising a strip of non-woven fabric, including a plurality of staple polypropylene fibres as a means suitable for use within the crown of a hat or the like. This band is claimed to provide for removal of perspiration and the like from the skin of human beings.
These and other items in the prior art relate principally to absorbent bands or headbands, that provide either insulating utilitarianism, perspiration andlor moisture absorption andlor cooling functionality.
Canadian Pat. No. 1,182,251 teaches a garment convertible from scarf to mitts including pockets situated at each end thereon. The scarf is claimed to be used for warmth and the display of printed matter, while the pockets accommodate the placing of a user's hands therein for warmth, and the taught support of said scarf, so as to display graphics or messages.
Canadian Pat. No. 2,062,586 demonstrates a sock with an integrally formed pocket claimed to be used for storage of small articles therein.
Canadian Pat. No. 2,121,635 consists of a pocket containing a freely disposed heat and water absorbent polymeric material claimed to be used for the absorption of perspiration secreted from a person's body.
Although said absorbent polymer used in this application is effective in absorbing water, if utilised in the absorption of perspiration, said absorbent polymer will also absorb salts secreted from the sweat glands of the person. This absorbent polymer is proven to disintegrate upon absorbing water with salts dissolved therein. As such, the polymer will be rendered useless over a short period of time, thereby proportionally reducing the volume of polymer and thus its' ability to absorb perspiration.
Furthermore, as this absorbent polymer disintegrates and reduces in volume, the net volume of water available to evaporate is reduced proportionally, thereby reducing the claimed cooling effects.
Moreover, demands of tying and untying a knot to apply band-type garments equate to additional effort from users. This added effort is cumbersome to those lacking dexterity resulting from physically impairing limitations. In addition, potential safety hazards exists of articles tied in knots around the neck, should the encircling bands) become entangled with other objects and require safe and rapid removal.
Additionally, said bands described in the prior art-forms with said foregoing specifications that are to be secured firmly to a wearer through elasticised application result in a net objectionable effect of discomfort due to reduced airflow and increasing temperatures to surface areas of a user's skin where said bands) remains in firm contact, coupled with impeded blood circulation within capillary arteries resulting from contact pressure, thereby reducing internal body cooling normally experienced through proper and unimpeded blood circulation.
These and other items in prior art forms relate principally to absorbent bands or headbands that are provided as separate articles, comprising various means of cooling for humans, that are and are not dependent on evaporative cooling, that provide insulating utilitarianism and increased warmth, that allow a user to store small articles, and that further provided perspiration and oil absorbing functions for humans.
However, there remains a need for a single, variable, sectional garment of this invention which provides enhanced quality of life for any mammal, including humans and their pets, which provides a safe and rapidly removable evaporative and non-evaporative cooling means particularly for use in hot weather or during physical exertion, which is convenient and comfortable to wear and carry, which does not require the tying and untying of knots, combined with attachable and releasable freely-hanging body secretion wiping and absorbing components that do not remain in firm contact while maintaining a comfortable position in relation to a user, which addresses and solves issues of impeded blood flow within the capillary arteries, while continually shielding parts of a user's body from light and heat energy, further providing functional storage of small articles, combined with an innovative graphical display means.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
Figure 1 presents said three components of said sectional article of apparel according to claim one, including one absorbent fabric length according to claims six or nine attached to one end of said capsule component, while one absorbent fabric length according to claims six or nine has been detached from the opposite end of said capsule component.
Figures 2 and 3 demonstrate said capsule component according to claim one, while being worn around the neck of a user as a closed loop according to claim ten, with exploded cross-sectional views further demonstrating underlying principles and functionality of said capsule component.
Figures 4 through 11 present preferred manufacturing equipment and various methods of utilizing the same so as to produce each of said three sectional components comprising claim one according to claims two through nine.
Figures 12 through 20 demonstrate users wearing and benefiting from the present invention in various configurations and preferred application methods of said sectional garment, according to claims one and ten through nineteen.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
Figure 1 presents one said sectional fabric band according to claim one as the first of two absorbent fabric components 1.1 according to claims six or seven or eight and nine with one male snap fastener attached to its' vertex thereon 1.2 has been joined together with one of two female snap fasteners 1.3 affixed to the first of two ends of said distended elongate capsule component of claim ten 1.4, while the second of two absorbent fabric components 1.5 with one female snap fastener affixed to its' vertex thereon 1.6 has been separated from one of two male snap fasteners affixed to said second end 1.7 of said distended elongate capsule component.
Figure 2 demonstrates a user wearing said capsule component according to claims one and ten 2.1, with an exploded cross-sectional view Figure 2.2 of said distended fabric capsule component of claim ten 2.3 contacting a wearer 2.4 and promoting the conductance of body heat 2.5 within its' encapsulated core component of free flowing water-absorbent / water-evaporable distensible particulate copolymer 2.6 after having been sufficiently imbued with water.
Figure 3 again demonstrates the same user as in figure 2 wearing said capsule component according to claims one and ten 3.1, with an exploded cross-sectional view Figure 3.2 of said capsule component 3.3, said capsule's circumference having been rotated 3.4, thereby exposing to the atmosphere said capsule's surface 3.5 recently contacting the user thus Warmed thereon and therein, thereby encouraging evaporation of said water 3.6 imbued and warmed within said absorbent copolymer core 3.7 resulting from wicking and conducting respectively through said capsule's semi-permeable fabric, thereby dissipating said prior absorbed body heat with said evaporating water, thus resulting in said capsule's exterior surface area currently exposed to said atmosphere and its' said water-imbued absorbent copolymer to become cooler in temperature, during which time said capsule's surface area currently contacting a user 3.8, and its' immediate volume of water imbued absorbent copolymer, absorbs additional body heat through conductance.
Figure 4 presents one preferred manufacturing method used to produce said heat and moisture permeable fabric cylindrical article of manufacture according to claim two, whereby a roll of single layer biased or non-biased fabric 4.1 is cut into rolled strips 4.2 which are singularly fed into and through a continuous in-line folder 4.3 so as to produce a dual layered fabric strip 4.4 whose exiting folded width is one half of said originating single-layered fabric strip's width, wherethen to prevent separation of said dual layered fabric, a stitch is applied 4.5 via sewing machine 4.6, one half inch from, and parallel to, the open edge 4.7 opposite said folded edge 4.8, along the entire length of said dual layered fabric strip, resulting in an open-ended dual layered fabric cylinder 4.9 equivalent in length to said original fabric strip.
Figure 5 presents one preferred manufacturing method used to produce said reversed fabric cylindrical article of manufacture according to claim three, whereby one end of said entire open-ended fabric cylinder according to claim two 5.1 has been pulled over the entire length of a rigid tube 5.2 which is mounted to a vacuum canister 5.3 - shown transparent for demonstration purposes - whereby activation of said canister's vacuum turbine 5.4 evacuates air 5.5 from within said canister, thereby creating a vacuum and drawing air into said open-end 5.6 of said rigid tube, which in turn draws one end of said fabric cylinder 5.7 into said open end of said rigid tube with said air moving through said rigid tube's entire length, resulting in the reversal of said fabric cylinder and its' collection into said vacuum canister therein.
Figure 6 presents one preferred manufacturing method used to produce said article of manufacture according to claim four, whereby one end of said reversed fabric cylinder according to claim three 6.1 is fed into a strip cutter 6.2 - shown transparent for demonstration purposes -which thereby mechanically measures and cuts said reversed fabric cylinder into cylindrical lengths 6.3.
Figure 7 presents one preferred manufacturing method so as to partially produce said heat and moisture permeable capsule article according to claim five, whereby one end of said pre-cut cylindrical fabric length according to claim four 7.1, is congruently folded in a series of ways 7.2 -inset - so as to seal and neatly finish said measured fabric cylinder's end 7.3, and further accommodate fastening through said folded end, one or more female halves of findings such as snaps 7.4, so as to permanently seal said first end of said cylindrical fabric length, thereby resulting in an elongate cylindrical pocket consisting of one sealed end and one open end.

Figure 8 further presents one preferred manufacturing method so as to complete production of said heat and moisture permeable capsule article according to claim five, wherein a predetermined measure of absorbent copolymer 8.1 is dispensed through said opening of said elongate cylindrical fabric pocket's second end 8.2, wherethen said remaining open end of said elongate cylindrical fabric pocket is congruently folded 8.3 in a series of ways identical to said first and opposite end of said cylindrical fabric pocket which has been sealed with one or more said female halves of findings) presented in figure 7, thereby sealing and neatly finishing said fabric capsule's second end 8.4, wherethen one or more male halves of findings such as snaps 8.5 is fastening through said second folded end of said elongate cylindrical fabric pocket, thus permanently sealing said second end, resulting in said elongate capsule 8.6 permanently encapsulating said measure of absorbent granulated copolymer 8.7.
Figure 9 presents one preferred manufacturing method used to produce said absorbent fabric length according to claim six, comprising one pre-cut absorbent fabric segment 9.1, wherethen said absorbent fabric segment's edges are covered and bound through stitched application of an additional light reflective or non light reflective fabric ribbon 9.2, as a means to reduce fraying of said absorbent segment's edges, wherethen said absorbent fabric segment is folded vertically 9.3 so as to produce a dual layered absorbent fabric segment 9.4, wherethen said dual layer is horizontally stitched together along its' top end 9.5, wherethen said stitched dual layer is reversed so as to produce an apex 9.6, wherethen said apex is positioned at a point centered in relation to said absorbent segment's vertical edges, whereon a finding 9.7 identical in type as that affixed through said first folded end of said capsule component according to claim five is fastened below said dual layered absorbent fabric segment's apex, thereby permanently securing and preventing reversal of said dual layered apex.
Figure 10 presents one preferred manufacturing method used to produce said pocket according to claim seven 10.1, whereon an additional length of absorbent or non-absorbent fabric 10.2 is affixed to one facet and base portion opposite said absorbent fabric length's apex according to claim six via stitching on or around two vertical edges 10.3 and the base 10.4 of said additional fabric length, and on or around said bottom and vertical edges of said absorbent fabric length, whereon suitable findings 10.5 have been congruently affixed to the opposite and inner surfaces within said pocket's upper interior thereto.
Figure 11 presents one preferred manufacturing method used to produce said securable pocket according to claim eight 11.1 whereby said absorbent fabric according to claim six 11.2 is sufficiently increased in vertical length, wherethen a fold is applied 11.3 to said base portion of said increased absorbent fabric length accordingly, wherethen said base 11.4 is upwardly raised toward said apex 11.5, thereby resulting in a newly fashioned dual layered base 11.6, whereon both vertical edges of said dual layered base portion of said absorbent fabric length are stitched together 11.7 to prevent separation of both vertical edges, whereon suitable findings 11.8 have been congruently affixed to the opposite and inner surfaces within said pocket's upper interior thereto.
Figure 12 demonstrates the present invention according to claim one in one preferred method of use according to claims ten and seventeen, showing how said distended capsule component 12.1 is being worn as an article of apparel encircling the neck of a person, whereby one of two sets of snap fasteners 12.2 affixed to said ends of said distended capsule component 12.3 have been joined together, resulting in a safe and rapidly-releasable closed coop, during which time said absorbent fabric lengths according to claims six or seven or eight and nine 12.4 remain joined by their vertexes with said snap fasteners affixed thereon, and hung over a handbag 12.5 - image inset.
Figure 13 demonstrates the present invention according to claim one in an additional preferred method of use according to claims ten through fifteen, showing how said distended capsule component 13.1 hangs from and contacts parts of a user's anatomy while being worn as a scarf around the back of a person's neck as said absorbent fabric length's vertexes 13.2 according to claims six or seven or eight and nine remain joined to said ends of said distended capsule component, said methods of use further demonstrated while being worn over a person's shoulder 13.3 and around the front of a person's neck 13.4 - images inset.
Figure 14 demonstrates the present invention according to claim one in another preferred method of use according to claims ten through fourteen and sixteen, showing said distended capsule component while being worn as a closed loop 14.1 around the neck, during which time said absorbent fabric lengths 14.2 according to claims six or seven or eight and nine are hanging over said distended closed loop while remaining joined together by their relative snap fasteners 14.3 affixed to said vertexes thereon, said methods of use further demonstrated while being worn with said absorbent fabric lengths protecting a person's shoulders 14.4 and back 14.5 from heat and light energy - images inset.
Figure 15 demonstrates the present invention according to claim one in still a further preferred method of use according to claims ten through fourteen and eighteen, showing how said distended capsule component contacts and protects parts of a user's anatomy from heat and light energy while being worn as a closed loop 15.1 around the neck, during which time said vertexes of said absorbent fabric lengths according to claims six or seven or eight and nine remain joined to each end of said distended closed loop 15.1 by their relative snap fasteners affixed to each vertex thereon 15.2, said methods of use further being demonstrated with said absorbent fabric lengths protecting a person's shoulders 15.3 and back 15.4 from heat and light energy - images inset.
Figure 16 demonstrates the present invention according to claim one in yet another preferred method of use according to claims ten through fourteen and eighteen, showing a side view 16.1 and a rear 16.2 view of a user wearing said distended capsule component as a closed loop 16.3 around the forehead, during which time said vertexes of said absorbent fabric lengths 16.4 according to claims six or seven or eight and nine remain joined to each end of said distended closed loop 16.3 by their relative snap fasteners affixed to each vertex thereon.
Figure 17 demonstrates the present invention according to claim one in yet a further preferred method of use according to claims ten through fourteen and eighteen, showing a side view 17.1 and a rear view 17.2 of a user wearing said distended capsule component as a closed loop 17.3 around the forehead, during which time said vertexes of said absorbent fabric lengths according to claims six or seven or eight and nine remain joined to each end of said distended closed loop by their relative snap fasteners affixed to each vertex thereon 17.4.
Figure 18 demonstrates the present invention according to claim one in still another preferred method of use according to claims ten through fourteen and sixteen, showing a side view 18.1 and a rear view 18.2 of a user wearing said distended capsule component as a closed loop 18.3 around the forehead, during which time said absorbent fabric lengths 18.4 according to claims six or seven or eight and nine remain joined together by their relative snap fasteners affixed to each said vertex thereon 18.5 and hang over said distended closed loop.
Figure 19 demonstrates the present invention according to claim one in yet an additional preferred method of use according to claims ten through fourteen and sixteen, showing a side view 19.1 and a rear view 19.2 of a user wearing said distended capsule component as a closed loop 19.3 around the forehead, during which time said absorbent fabric lengths 19.4 according to claims six or seven or eight and nine remain joined together by their relative snap fasteners affixed to said Vertexes thereon 19.5 and hang over said distended closed loop.
Figure 20 demonstrates the present invention according to claim one in a particular method of use according to claims ten through nineteen showing three frontal views of a Dalmatian wearing said distended capsule component as a closed loop around the neck 20.1, said absorbent fabric lengths 20.2 &
20.3 according to claims six or seven or eight and nine have been hung over said distended closed loop 20.4 upon being joined together by their relative snap fasteners 20.5 affixed to each vertex thereon, or have been joined to each end of said distended closed loop by their relative snap fasteners affixed to each vertex thereon 20.6.

Claims (19)

1. An article of apparel, reasonably worn about the body of a mammal, comprising a sectional fabric band for conducting and absorbing body heat, evaporating previously absorbed moisture while simultaneously dissipating said absorbed body heat into the surrounding atmosphere along with said evaporating moisture, said band comprised of a first dual component including two absorbent fabric sections of sufficiently provided length that function to include wiping and absorbing bodily secretions from a user, while simultaneously protecting a user's anatomy from light and heat energy, the storage of small articles, and the display of designs and/or promotional messages, while maintaining a comfortable position in relation to a user before and after wiping said bodily secretions so as to permit regular blood flow within the capillary arteries, improved air circulation around said absorbent fabric lengths combined with unimpeded evaporative drying of said absorbent appendages, and a second central capsule component of determined lengths, comprised of a semi-permeable, flexible, distensible, biased or non-biased fabric which promotes liquid permeability and conductance of body heat by contact throughout a core component of free flowing flexible and distensible water-absorbent particulate copolymer encapsulated within, said capsule becoming cooler in temperature upon being saturated with water and then exposed to air, resulting in said absorbed water becoming warmer in temperature via said body contact, then evaporating through said semi-permeable fabric capsule from said absorbent particulate copolymer.
2. An article of manufacture, and methods of manufacturing said article, comprising a heat and moisture permeable fabric cylinder used to produce said capsule component according to claim one, whereby a roll of single layered biased or non-biased fabric is pre-cut as rolled strips, whereby said pre-rolled fabric strips are singularly fed into and through a continuous in-line folder which folds said fabric strip in half, resulting in a dual layered fabric strip that exits said continuous in-line folder so as to produce a folded dual layered fabric strip whose width is 1/2 of said originating single-layered fabric strips' width, whereon stitching is applied via sewing machine 1/2" from, parallel to, and opposite said folded edge, along said length of said dual layered fabric strip exiting said inline folder, resulting in a flattened, open-ended, dual layered fabric cylinder equivalent in length to said original fabric strip's length.
3. An article of manufacture, and methods of manufacturing said article, comprising a heat and moisture permeable fabric cylinder used to produce said capsule component according to claim one, whereby one end of said open-ended flat fabric cylinder according to claim two is physically pulled entirely over and along the first end of a rigid tube whose outer diameter will easily accommodate the inner diameter of said fabric cylinder and whose second end is mounted to and sealed on a vacuum canister, wherethen vacuum is applied to said canister thereby drawing one end of said fabric cylinder into said second end of said rigid tube, causing said entire length of said open-ended fabric cylinder to become reversed while being drawn through said rigid tube by air movement, then collected within said vacuum canister.
4. An article of manufacture, and methods of manufacturing said article, comprising a heat and moisture permeable fabric cylinder used to produce said capsule component according to claim one, whereby said reversed fabric cylinder according to claim three is removed from said vacuum canister according to claim three and then cut via strip cutter into predetermined cylindrical lengths.
5. An article of manufacture, and methods of manufacturing said article, comprising a heat and moisture permeable fabric capsule according to claim one, whereby one end of one said cylindrical fabric length according to claim four is congruently folded in a series of ways so as to produce a pocket from said cylindrical fabric length, neatly finish, and further accommodate affixing through said folded end of said cylindrical fabric length, one or more identical female halves of (a) finding(s), such as snaps, thereby permanently sealing one end of said cylindrical fabric length, wherethen the resulting elongate cylindrical pocket comprised of one sealed end and one open end, further being processed by dispensing a predetermined measure of absorbent copolymer through said open end, after which time said remaining open end of said elongate cylindrical fabric pocket is congruently folded in a series of ways identical to said first and opposite end of said cylindrical fabric pocket sealed with said female finding(s), so as to neatly finish and further accommodate affixing one or more identical male halves of (a) finding(s) such as snaps through said second folded end of said elongate cylindrical fabric pocket, thereby permanently sealing said second end of said elongate cylindrical fabric pocket, resulting in said permanently sealed capsule component which is distensible in both length and radius due to the nature of said absorbent copolymer and said semi-permeable fabric comprising said capsule.
6. An article of manufacture, and methods of manufacturing said article, comprising one pre-cut absorbent fabric length according to claim one, whereby the edges of said pre-cut absorbent fabric segment are covered and bound through the stitched application of an additional light reflective or non light reflective fabric ribbon, the application of rolled-edge stitching, or any other means suitable to reduce fraying of said absorbent fabric segment's edges, wherethen said absorbent fabric segment is vertically folded in half so as to produce a dual layered absorbent fabric segment, wherethen the horizontal width of said dual layered absorbent fabric segment is stitched together at a point approximately 1/2" from its' top end, wherethen said stitched end of said produced dual layered absorbent fabric segment is reversed so as to produce a dual layered apex, wherethen said dual layered apex is positioned at a point centre to said absorbent fabric segment's vertical edges, whereon a finding identical in type as that applied through said first folded end of said capsule component according to claim five is fastened at a point below said produced dual layered apex of said absorbent fabric segment.
7. An article of manufacture, and methods of manufacturing said article, comprising a pocket constructed by fastening a second length of absorbent or non-absorbent fabric to one facet of said absorbent fabric length according to claim six at a point near, on, or around the base of said absorbent fabric length through either stitching or glued adhesion of two vertical edges and the base edge of said additional fabric length, whereon suitable findings used to secure contents within said pocket, will be congruently affixed to both opposite upper and inner surfaces within said pocket's interior thereto.

An article of manufacture, and methods of manufacturing said article, comprising a pocket is constructed by sufficiently increasing the length between said apex and base of said absorbent fabric length according to claim six, wherethen said base is folded horizontally upward toward said apex so as to produce a dual layered base area, wherethen both dual-layered correlating vertical edges of said absorbent fabric length are permanently joined together through stitching or glued adhesion, resulting in said new fold of said upwardly folded base area becoming said newly created base, wherethen suitable findings used to secure contents within said pocket will be congruently affixed to both opposite upper and inner surfaces within said pocket's interior thereto.
9. An article of manufacture, and methods of manufacturing said article, comprising a second absorbent fabric length manufactured identically as said first absorbent fabric length according to claims six or seven or eight, with one exception being said finding affixed to said dual layered apex being identical in type as said finding(s) affixed through said second end of said capsule component according to claim five.
10. An article of apparel and its' method of use according to claim one, whereby one or more set(s) of findings fastened to said ends of said distended capsule component may be joined together, resulting in a safe and rapidly-releasable closed loop that may be worn so as to encircle and contact a parts of a mammal's anatomy, or whereby one or more set(s) of findings fastened to said ends of said distended capsule component may be released, so as to permit said distended capsule component to hang freely and contact parts of a mammal's anatomy.
11. An article of apparel and its' method of use according to claim one, whereby said absorbent fabric lengths according to claims six or seven or eight and nine are utilised to wipe, absorb and evaporate bodily secretions from parts of a mammal's anatomy.
12. An article of apparel and its' method of use according to claim one, whereby said absorbent fabric lengths according to claims six or seven or eight and nine are utilised to protect parts of a mammal's anatomy from heat and light energy.
13. An article of apparel and its' method of use according to claim one, whereby one or more said absorbent fabric lengths according to claims six or seven or eight and nine, and said distended capsule component according to claim ten, are utilised to display light reflective or non light reflective graphical designs and/or messages.
14. An article of apparel and its' method of use according to claim one, whereby said absorbent fabric lengths according to claims seven or eight and nine are utilised to provide temporary and secure storage of small articles such as credit cards, money or keys.
15. An article of apparel and its' method of use according to claim one, which is produced by joining said findings affixed to said vertexes of two said absorbent fabric lengths according to claims six or seven or eight and nine together with each end of said capsule component according to claim ten, resulting in a scarf that may be worn on or around a part of a mammal's anatomy that further promote safe and quick chained joining to and detachment from each end of said capsule component.
16. An article of apparel and its' method of use according to claim one, which is produced by joining together said vertexes of two said absorbent fabric lengths according to claims six or seven or eight and nine by said findings affixed thereon, resulting in a chained absorbent fabric accessory which may be hung over said distended closed loop according to claim ten.
17. An article of apparel and its' method of use according to claim one, whereby said vertexes of two said absorbent fabric lengths according to claims six or seven or eight and nine are joined together by said findings, resulting in a chained absorbent fabric accessory which may be hung through or over any user-convenient location, during which time said distended closed loop according to claim ten remains encircling and contacting parts of a mammal's anatomy.
18. An article of apparel and its' method of use according to claim one, whereby said vertexes of two said absorbent fabric lengths according to claims six or seven or eight and nine are joined to each end of said capsule component according to claim ten, through the incorporation of a second identical set of findings affixed juxtaposed to said first set of findings affixed onto said ends of said capsule component, during which time said first set of findings remain joined together so as to produce a closed loop that remains encircling and contacting parts of a mammal's anatomy.
19. An article of apparel and its' method of use according to claims one and ten through eighteen, utilised to enhance the quality of life of pets or any other mammals, by providing said mammals with all functionality as described in each aforementioned claims and embodiments respectively.
