Abstract

L'invention se rapporte à un système et à un procédé fondés sur une fiole servant à manipuler et à traiter des spécimens de liquide contenant des matières particulaires directement dans la fiole. Un dispositif de traitement comprenant un agitateur et une chambre de séparation de matières particulaires est couplé détachable à l'intérieur du capuchon de fiole. Le dispositif de traitement reste fixé au capuchon lorsque la fiole est ouverte afin d'y insérer un spécimen. L'application d'une force externe particulière sur la fiole fermée détache l'ensemble de traitement du capuchon de manière qu'il reste fixé dans la fiole, afin de permettre l'accès à un équipement de laboratoire automatique ou manuel, lorsque le capuchon est ôté par la suite.
