Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé destiné à caractériser des défauts de traînée dans des structures de bande et consistant à obtenir, par voie électronique, une pluralité de résultats d'une pluralité de tests pratiqués sur une structure de bande, à déterminer, par voie électronique, un emplacement et/ou une quantification d'un ou de plusieurs défauts de traînée sur la base de cette pluralité de résultats, puis à caractériser, par voie électronique, ces défauts de traînée comme défauts statiques ou stochastiques sur la base de la pluralité de résultats.
