Abstract

The aim of the invention is to take account of the dynamics of the area to which a hearing aid is applied, for example the auditory canal. To this end, this area is reproduced in several positions that are adopted by the area as part of its dynamics. With computer assistance (97), these reproductions are then used to optimise the mould or the mould behaviour of the hearing aid shell.

Claims (6)

1. A method for the production of otoplasties for an application area which is moved dynamically and individually, characterized in that a three-dimensional image of the application area is recorded at at least two positions of its movement, and this recording is used to optimize the design of the otoplasty with respect to the moved application area.
2. The method as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that an image of the application area is recorded at several positions.
3. The method as claimed in either of claims 1 and 2, characterized in that the recordings are used to optimize the outer shape of the otoplasty at rest.
4. The method as claimed in one of claims 1 through 3, characterized in that the recordings are used to optimize the shape behavior of the otoplasty.
5. The method as claimed in one of claims 1 through 4, characterized in that the design work is carried out with computerized optimization, and the production of the otoplasty is controlled using the design which has been determined by computer to be optimum.
6. A use of the production method as claimed in one of claims 1 through 5 for in-the-ear otoplasties, in particular for in-the-ear hearing devices.
