Abstract
La présente invention concerne des composés chimiques, des compositions pharmaceutiques comprenant ces composés, des utilisations de ces composés et compositions, et des procédés permettant leur élaboration. L'invention concerne en l'espèce des moyens permettant de renforcer l'assimilation insulinodépendante du glucose. L'invention concerne plus particulièrement, d'une part des composés et des compositions pharmaceutiques qui activent la kinase du récepteur de l'insuline, ce qui aboutit à une augmentation de la sensibilité à l'insuline et à une augmentation de l'assimilation du glucose, et d'autre part des procédés permettant l'élaboration de ces composés. En tant que telle, l'invention concerne également des procédés ou des utilisations de composés permettant le traitement d'animaux souffrant d'hyperglycémie, et plus particulièrement pour le traitement du diabète de type 2.
