Abstract

L'invention concerne des récepteurs transmembranaires constitués de systèmes de test à base d'helminthes et d'arthropodes, ainsi que leur utilisation pour l'identification et la caractérisation de substances ayant un effet antagoniste vis-à-vis des helminthes, des arthropodes, ou bien ayant un effet sur le métabolisme calcique d'organismes et/ou de cellules. L'invention concerne en outre l'utilisation d'un ligand spécifique dans ce système de test, et son utilisation comme principe actif anti-helminthes ou arthropodicide.
