Abstract

Dispositif de couplage reliant la sortie d'un microchromatographe (à) à l'entrée d'un spectromètre de masse (SM), ledit dispositif de couplage comprenant un tube capillaire dont l'une des extrémités est raccordée de faç on étanche à la source sous vide du spectromètre de masse par l'intermédiaire d'un dispositif d'interface, et dont l'autre extrémité est raccordée à la sortie du microchromatographe, de manière lâche, ouverte sur l'atmosphère ; la longueur et le diamètre du tube capillaire étant choisis pour que le débit à l'intérieur du tube capillaire soit très voisin du débit à la sortie du microchromatographe; le dispositif d'interface étant, en outre, muni de moye ns de chauffage pour ajuster très précisément le débit prélevé par le capillair e.
