Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de fixation d'une canule nasale sur la tête d'un patient. Ledit dispositif fait appel à une bande élastique ronde, mince, placée derrière la tête du patient et est fixé au tube d'alimentation en gaz (20) de la canule par des coupleurs de corde (30, 35). Les coupleurs de corde (30, 35) sont fixés amovibles aux tubes d'alimentation en gaz (20) pour permettre un ajustement rapide et facile à la taille. Le dispositif est léger, confortable, économique et simple à utiliser. Il empêche l'enchevêtrement douloureux de cheveux et permet le déploiement et l'ajustement, à une seule main, d'une canule nasale, tout en permettant un placement sûr de la canule lors du mouvement ou du sommeil du patient. L'invention concerne également un nez (10) présentant une forme en U orienté vers le bas ou un pliage arqué dans sa partie centrale destiné à empêcher que le nez de canule (10) exerce une pression excessive contre le septum du patient. L'invention concerne également un procédé d'utilisation.
