Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé permettant d'immobiliser un ligand, par exemple un acide nucléique, sur un support solide. Le procédé consiste à se munir d'un support solide contenant un groupe thiol latent immobilisé, à activer le groupe thiol, à mettre en contact le groupe thiol activé avec un acide nucléique comprenant un groupe acrylamide, et à former la liaison covalente entre les deux groupes, immobilisant ainsi l'acide nucléique sur le support solide. La présente invention concerne également des nécessaires contenant les supports solides et un procédé d'utilisation de tels supports.
