Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé pour l'usinage de pièces ayant des zones présentant des écarts de forme. Dans le procédé selon l'invention, la pièce (5) est montée entre la pointe (4) de la broche (30) de la poupée porte-pièce (1) et la pointe (6) du fourreau (13) de la contre-poupée (3) et un logement de lunette (8) est poli sur la pièce (5), la pointe (6) du fourreau (13) de la contre-poupée (3) adhérant au centre du logement de la pièce. Le procédé selon l'invention est caractérisé en ce que, après polissage du logement de lunette, la pointe et le fourreau de contre-poupée sont ramenés de la zone de contact au centre de la fixation de la pièce à une position intermédiaire et en ce que la position de la pièce est fixée, côté contre-poupée, par une lunette (7) et une force axiale dirigée contre le centre de la fixation de la pièce et appliquée par l'intermédiaire d'un boulon de maintien précontraint (21).
