Abstract
Appareil automatisé pour nettoyer des roues d'acier ou d'alliage pour véhicule dans la région du siège du pneu. Incluant une brosse d'acier à brins torsadés pivotante installé directement sur l'arbre d'un moteur électrique. Le moteur est monté sur une plaque pivotante selon un axe perpendiculaire à l'axe de rotation de la roue. Cette plaque pivotante peut se déplacer en translation vers la jante au moyen d'une vis sans fin et d'un système de guidage. La plaque pivotante est positionné en rotation au moyen d'un vérin pneumatique avec lequel il est possible d'ajuster la pression de brossage à l'aide d'un régulateur pneumatique. L'appareil automatisé est muni d'un système de saisie de la roue composé de deux rouleaux moteurs et de deux rouleaux de support. Ce système de saisie de la roue limite le mouvement de la roue à sa rotation selon l'axe naturel de rotation de la roue. Le système de saisie possède un mouvement de translation en hauteur fait par un vérin pneumatique et un système de guidage. Un système d'aspiration est positionné directement sur la brosse permettant une aspiration directe de la poussière produite par le brossage. La plaque pivotante est positionné en rotation au moyen d'un vérin pneumatique avec lequel il est possible d'ajuster la pression de brossage à l'aide d'un régulateur pneumatique.
L'appareil automatisé est muni d'un système de saisie ~ la mue composé de ceux rouleaux moteurs et de deux rouleaux de support. Ce systéme de saisie de la roue limite le mouvement de la roue à sa rotation selon l'axe naturel de rotation de la roue. Le système de saisie possède un mouvement de translation en hauteur fait par un vérin pneumatique et un système de guidage. Un système d'aspiration est positionné directernettt sur Ia brosse permettant une aspiration directe de la poussiére produite par le brossage. L'habillage de Ia machine sert de H Plenum » pour permettre l'aspiration des poussières résultant de l'action de brossage.
MÉM~NR~ DESCRIPTIF
La présente invention se rapporte à un appareil automatisé permettant le nettoyage des roues d'acier ou d'alliage pour véhicule routier dans la région du siège du pneu.
Il est d'usage courant, dans le cas d'appareils servant au nettoyage de roues de véhicule routier, de voir des systèmes ne permettant pas à l'usager de quitter l'appareil pendant qu'il fonctionne, l'usager doit manipuler manuellement la brosse d'acier en la positionnam sur la roue de véhicule.
De plus, aucun systèmes offrent un système se saisie du la roue, celle-ci est donc instable et peut mème se déplacer sous l'action de la brosse.
Nous avons découvert qu'il est important pour l'usager de s'adonner à d'autres tâches pendant le fonctionnement de l'appareil. C'est pourquoi nous avons créer un système de saisie motorisé de Ia roue qui permet une rotation stable et constante de celle-ci. De plus, le système de positiont'ement de la brosse et le système de rotation de la brasse permettent â l'usager de positionner la brosse une fois à chaque lot de quatre roues. L'usager installe la roue dans l'appareil, positionne la brosse et démette l'appdreil. Pendant que la roue tourne et se Fait brosser, l'usager peut effectuer d'autres tâches.
Relativement aux dessins qui illustrent la réalisation de l'invention la figure 1 représente une vue de face de la réalisation la figure 2 représente une vue 8n plan de Ia réalisation la figure 3 représente une vue de café de la réalisation L'appareil autamatisé comprend un moteur électrique 1 ,monté sur une plaque pivotante 2, cette plaque pivotante est montée sur un guide linéaire 3 permettant un mouvement linéaire vers la roue, le mouvement linéaire est fait par une vis sans fin et une manivelle 4 dont l'axe de rotation est paralléle au mouvement linéaire de la plaque pivotante. De plus, la plaque pivotante peut pivoter à l'aide d'un vérin pneumatique ~, ~ qui permet, avec un régulateur pneumatique, d'ajuster la pression de la brosse d'acier à brins torsadés 6 sur la roue 7.
La brosse d'acier 6 est monté sur l'arbre du motew électrique I. L'appareil automatisé est mutai d'un système de saisie comportant deux rouleaux $ fixes en translation mais libre en rotation, ces rouleaux sont montés sur des roulement à billes et sont motorisés à l'aide d'une chaîne 9 et d'un motew électrique 10.

L'habillage métallique de l'appareil 14 sert de « plenum », ce qui signi>ae qu'elle pe~net aux particules produits par le brossage d'être aspirée par un orifice 15 situé dans le bas de l'appareil. The present invention relates to an automated device allowing the wheel cleaning of steel or alloy for a road vehicle in the region of the seat of the tire.
