Abstract

La présente invention concerne des phosphonates esters de nucléotides caractérisés par la présence d'un groupe à liaison ester lié à l'atome phosphore d'analogues de nucléotides de phosphonates. Ces analogues comportent une liaison ester qui s'hydrolyse in vivo donnant ainsi un analogue correspondant de nucléotide de phosphonate. L'invention concerne également des procédés et des intermédiaires s'appliquant à leur synthèse et leur utilisation.
