Abstract

Appareil d'injection de colonne ou matériel tubulaire jointés enroulés dans un puits, utilisant une tête d'injecteur (12) capable de manipuler n'importe quel type de matériel tubulaire. La tête d'injecteur et une plate-forme de travail (14) sont montées sur une structure située sur la tête du puits, l'injecteur étant positionné de manière à permettre au personnel d'accéder à la colonne située sur la plate-forme de travail sans avoir à écarter la tête d'injecteur de l'emplacement où se trouve la tête de puits. L'injecteur peut être monté au-dessous de la plate-forme de travail, ou il peut être espacé au-dessus de la plate-forme de travail sur un chariot (56) ou un mât mobile verticalement. Lorsque l'injecteur est monté au-dessous de la plate-forme de travail, le matériel tubulaire et les éventuels ensembles de fond de puits sont accessibles au personnel sur la plate-forme de travail, que l'on utilise une colonne enroulée ou du matériel tubulaire jointé. Lorsque le chariot mobile verticalement est utilisé pour des opérations impliquant une colonne enroulée, la tête d'injecteur peut être abaissée sur la plate-forme de travail pour des opérations d'injection ou de retrait, et elle peut être relevée au-dessus de la plate-forme de travail afin de donner accès à la colonne ainsi qu'à l'ensemble de fond de puits. Lorsque le chariot mobile verticalement est utilisé pour des opérations effectuées sur du matériel tubulaire jointé, la tête d'injecteur peut être relevée au-dessus de la plate-forme de travail pour toutes les phases, et on peut utiliser un mandrin mobile dans la tête d'injecteur afin de lever ou d'abaisser le matériel tubulaire jointé.
