Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de raccordement à filetage autobloquant comprenant un élément mâle (11) présentant un filetage bloquant du type à évidements (31) et un élément femelle (12) dont un segment présente du filetage flexible (21). La tension provoquée par le redressement du segment à filetage femelle flexible force les saillants (22) du segment à filetage flexible à pénétrer dans les évidements (32) du filetage bloquant par évidements, ce qui empêche l'écrou fileté de se desserrer et de se dégager à la suite d'une pression axiale se combinant éventuellement à des mouvements de vibration, de dilatation, de contraction ou autres. Les formes des saillants (22) et des évidements (32) sont conçues pour que leurs surfaces glissent l'une sur l'autre dès qu'on applique un couple adéquat. Les deux filetages sont conçus pour coopérer. L'élément femelle (12), lorsqu'il est utilisé avec un élément mâle standard (11) sans évidements (32), présente une résistance au desserrement accidentel.
