Abstract
There is no electric stove that has an integrated system capable of automatically mixing liquids (sauces, soups, soups, milk, water, etc.) simultaneously with their cooking or reheating. The only household appliances capable of performing this function are mobile household appliances fitted with a heating element and a propeller driven by an electric motor, the shaft of which traverses, in one way or another, the bottom of the container containing the liquid. Another type of appliance of this kind consists of a mobile stirrer which hangs on a cooking container. In the present invention, the cooking surface of the electric stove is equipped with an automatic stirrer with integrated magnetic drive. The assembly consists of an electric motor driving a magnetic block placed under one of the elements of the cooking surface of the electric stove. The engine speed is controlled by a rheostat mounted on the cooker control panel. A magnetic stir bar covered with Teflon or a plastic material is placed in the container containing the liquid. The rotation of the magnetic block under the surface element causes the magnetic stir bar which pivots on itself in the container, inducing a circular movement in the liquid mass. This movement ensures automatic mixing of the liquid.
Description
The present invention relates to an electric cooker cooking surface, one of the heating elements is fitted with a magnetic stirrer which ensures automatic stirring liquids (sauces, soups, soups, milk, water, etc.) simultaneously with their cooking or reheating.
There are two ways to mix liquids while cooking. The most widespread one can Systematically observing in all kitchens is the manual way. It requires a constant presence near the electric stove and, in the case of substances requiring continuous stirring, it monopolizes a person for several minutes.
Despite all the attention of the cook, the manual method often leads when the sauce or milk sticks to the bottom of the cauldron or overflows, causing wasted time and waste. Another way to ensure the mixing of liquids during their cooking is to use a household appliance specially designed for this purpose. Various devices are described to perform this function. U.S. patents # 2,828,950, # 4,832 501 and # 5 228 381 all describe devices whose main applications are to agitate or cook, or both, liquids or dishes. This type of device includes however two major drawbacks. On the one hand, they are mobile and they monopolize storage space in the kitchen. On the other hand, the design of these devices involves the intervention of several moving parts, hence the risk of breakage, maintenance costs and arduous cleaning operations after each use. In addition, these devices require the user a minimum of dexterity and knowledge to ensure proper functioning and maintenance. All these drawbacks mean that in the short term we abandon these devices at the bottom of the cabinet to return to the manual method and its constraints.
The invention that we describe in this document eliminates all the disadvantages and risks associated with manual stirring and the use of mobile electric mixers. Its originality and its effectiveness lies in the following advantages: it is an integral part of the electric stove and therefore it can be used at any time without any other manipulation that to place the agitator bar ~ im ~ nt ~, e in the container; it has no parts mobile; it does not require any maintenance or cleaning after use; it works with all conventional non-magnetic cookware and it requires no skill particular for its operation. In addition, the two functions (heating and stirring) can be used separately.
Figure 1 shows a vertical section in the front-rear plane of the cooking surface 1 an electric stove. This section passes through the center of the surface element 2 which is equipped with the agitator, automatic generator. The magnetic block 3 is mounted on the vertical pivot 4, which is connected to a gearbox 5 fixed to the upper wall 6 of the oven 7 of the stove electric. The electric motor 8 fixed on the rear wall 9 of the electric stove is controlled by the rheostat 10 mounted on the control panel 11 of the electric stove.
The shaft 12 of the electric motor 8 is connected to the gearbox 5 via a shaft extension 13. The gearbox 5 transfers the rotational movement to the pivot vertical 4 and block ~ im ~ nté 3. The aiming bar ~ ntée agitator 14 placed in the container 15 pivots on itself under the effect of magnetic entrainment of the block ~ im ~ nte 3. The support 16 of the surface element 2, the bowl 17 as well as the central circular part 18 of the element of surface 2 are constructed of non-magnetic material. The magnetic stir bar 14 is collects from container 15 using a plastic rod 19 fitted with a metal part 20 incorporated in one of its ends. In Figure 2 (same section as Figure 1), the electric motor 8 is mounted under the surface element 2. The block ~ im ~ nté, 3 is fixed directly on the shaft 12 of the electric motor 8 itself fixed to a support 21 screwed onto the upper wall 6 of the oven 7 of the electric stove. A deflector 22 mounted on the top of the electric motor 8 protects the latter against accidental spills. In this option, the electric motor 8 is designed to withstand the high temperatures that can be reached in this space. In Figure 3 (same section as Figures 1 and 2), the motor electric 8 is fixed on the outlet of a pipe 23 connected to a fresh air intake 24 mounted on the rear wall 9 of the electric stove. In this option, the electric motor 8 is ventilated either by convection or by a propeller 25 which forces the circulation of fresh air to from the air intake 24 through the electric motor 8. In FIGS. 2 and 3, the speed
