Abstract
ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE
A construction board having at its outer surface a plurality of nailing portions comprising longitudinal and lateral partition lines, If desired, the partition lines are formed to sect the construction board into equal multi-section parts such as two parts, three parts or four parts. At each partition line, a plurality of nailing points are formed so as to drive fasteners such as nails, screws and staples in the construction board easily and correctly. The construction board also has longitudinal and lateral perforated lines adapted to cut the construction board to a desired length and a desired width. Accordingly, it is possible to provide a construction board having a desired size.

Description
. i ` -` 2~92970 CONSTRUCTION BOARD
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Field of the Invention The present invention relates to construction boards used for walls and ceilings of buildings, and partitions of prefabricated buildings, and more particularly to construction boards capable of making the construction of walls simple and stable.
Description of the Prior Art Generally, walls, ceilings and partitions of general buildings and prefabricated buildings are constructed by modules, so as to make their construction and assembly convenient. Such a module comprises a frame and a pair of asbestos or gypsum boards mounted to opposite surfaces of the frame. The boards are ones already treated for providing a soundproof effect and a thermal insulation effect. The frame comprises metal bars or wood bars so constructed that nails can be driven in them.
On boards of such a conventional module, however, there is no indication making it possible to find board portions corresponding the frame in which nails can be driven.
As a result, the conventional module has an inconvenience -~ 2~92970 that the position of the frame should be previously confirmed, where fasteners such as nail, screws and staples are desired to be driven in the boards. Even skilled persons are difficult to find correctly the position of frame.
Consequently, the nailed condition and nailing work may be poor. In this case, the boards may be damaged or have unnecessary holes due to the poor nailing work.
Such problems are remarkable where a plurality of overlapping boards are provided for increasing the soundproof effect and the thermal insulation effect. In particular, coupling of the multi-layered boards by the nailing work may be poor, thereby causing the overall construction work to be poor. Where the workers cut the modules to have desired length or width, the cutting work should be manually carried out and requires a lot of time. As a result, there are problems of a decrease in work efficiency and an increase in labor and cost.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
Therefore, the present invent;on has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems encountered in the prior art and an object of the invention is to provide a construction board including capable of making the construction and assembling 5 works easy and simple by using nailing portions formed on the ,r~, :-`` 2~92~70 ::
construction board and constituted by longitudinal and lateral partition lines, multi-section points, or uniformly spaced characters, and of being easily cut to a desired size by using perforated lines formed on the construction board.
In accordance with the present invention1 this object can be accomPlished by providing a construction board attached at its inner surface to a frame having longitudinal and lateral section parts, said construction board having at its outer surface a plurality of nailing portions corresponding to the section parts of the frame, said nailing portions comprising~
at least one longitudinal thick partition line adapted to sect longitudinally the construction board into equal longitudinal section parts; at least one lateral thick partition line adapted to sect laterally the construction board into equal 16 lateral section parts; an edge line extending along a peripheral edge of the construction board; a plùrality of thick multi-section points formed along each of said thick partition lines and said edge line; at least one longitudinal fine partition line adapted to sect longitudinally each of said longitudinal section parts into equal longitudinal sub~
section parts; at least one lateral fine partition line adapted to sect laterally each of said lateral section parts into equal lateral sub-section parts; and a plurality of fine multi-section points formed along each of said fine partition 2S lines.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, there is illustrated a construction module in accordance with a basic embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the construction ~odule comprises a frame 1 constructed by ~ ;
connecting wood bars or metal bars and a construction board 2 -4~
` -'-` 20929~
fixedly attached to one of opposite surfaces of the frame 1.
Of course, another construction board having the same construction as the construction board 2 may be attached to the other surface of the frame 1, although not shown.
In accordance with the present invention, the construction board 2 includes at its outer surface a longitudinal bisection thick partition line 3 and three :- :~:

The - construction board 2 also includes at its edges 5 a thick line 6 having the same width as the thick partition lines 3 and 4.
Each of the thick lines 3, 4 and 6 has a plurality of points 7 at positions defined by uniformly multi-sectioning it.
These partition lines 3 and 4, the line 6, and the multi-section points 7 serve as nailing portions 8. Also, each of the partition lines 3 and 4 has a specific nailing mark 9.
On the outer surface of the construction board 2, two longitudinal trisection fine partition lines 10 and five lateral six-section fine partition lines 11. Although the fine partition lines 10 and 11 are shown as two and five, respectively, respective numbers thereof may be increased, depending on the size of the construction module. Each of the fine lines 10 and 11 has a plurality of points 12 at positions , ~
, ~
2092~70 defined by uniformly multi-sectioning it. These multi-section points 12 serve as nailing portions 13.

In accordance with the present invention, the board 2 includes a plurality of uniformly spaced longitudinal perforated lines 21 and a plurality of uniformly spaced lateral perforated lines 22, as well as the thick partition lines 3 and 4, and fine partition lines 10 and 11. By these perforated lines 21 and 22, the board 2 can be cut to a desired size, if desired.
As apParent from the above description, the present invention provides a construction board including various partition lines and points serving as nailing portions in which fasteners such as nails, screws and staples are driven, when the board is fixedly attached to a frame. Even unskilled persons can perform easily the nailing work and the selection of nailing positions, by simply selecting desired nailing positions from the nail;ng portions. Also, the assembling work for multi-layered boards can be madc easily and simply by utilizing the nailing portions of the boards. Accordingly, the nailing work can be achieved easily and correctly.
The constru~tion board of the present invention requires no effort for finding nailins positions, thereby enabling the constructing and working time and the cost to be greatly reduced. In particular, the construction board can be easily cut to a desired size, by virtue of the perforated lines 21 and 22 of FIG. 9. Where the construction board has a nailing portion provided by a trademark, it has not only an advertisement effect therefor, but also effects of making the assembling and constructing works therefor convenient and correct.
