(1) CONVERTIBLE BOTTLE CLOSURE invented and claimed by myself for patent, eliminates all kinds of plastic drinking cups used once for all.
(2) Above CONVERTIBLE BOTTLE CLOSURE shall be produced from all kinds of soft plastics to prevent cracks, and should be safe for automatic dishwasher.
(3) Said CONVERTIBLE BOTTLE CLOSURE is iterchengable with every group of bottles and shall be produced in three sizes.
Separate sizes should be produced for;
- 1 liter bottle - 2 liter bottle - 3 liter bottle (4) Decoration and commercial advertisement can be placed on the outside surface of the CONVERTIBLE
BOTTLE CLOSURE after consultation with inventor.
(5) As a convenient vessel and CONVERTIBLE BOTTLE
CLOSURE it will find a place in every car, van, recreational vehicle, boat, every kitchen and refrigerator.
(6) Above CONVERTIBLE BOTTLE CLOSURE can be sold to customers at all Convenient Stores, Food Stores, and Gas Stations across Canada and U.S.A.

1. Convertible Bottle Clo~ure ls an invention which I would describe as a bottle closing cap with plastic drinking cup in one piece, which allows to locate and securely close the plastic bottle of 1, 2 and 3 liter bottle of pop.
1. Convertible Bottle Clo~ure ls an invention which I would describe as a bottle closing cap with plastic drinking cup in one piece, which allows to locate and securely close the plastic bottle of 1, 2 and 3 liter bottle of pop.
2. Convertible Bot~t~e Closure eliminates all kinds of plastic drinking cups used once for all and saves unspecified quantities of plastic wastes.
3. Convertible Bottle Closure may have different shapes and angles with exception that there is enough clearance between the edge of Convertible Bottle Closure and the wall o~ the plastic bottle. (see details - drawing No.
; 4. Wall thickness of the Convertible Bottle Closure is not so important and could be between 1/32 to 1/4 of inch as long as it is comfortable in use and gives aesthetic and attractive look with cooperation with plastic bottle of beverage.
5. At the bottom of the Convertible Bottle Closure, there will be unspecified number of ribs (usually from 4 to 8) connecting threaded part, bottom and wall of the ~onvertible Bottle Closure, just for strengthening and at the same time extending life of those products.
6. Any kind of sealing material can be used in the space provided for seal to prevent leakage and keep any li~uid inside the bottle fresh and prevent evaporation.
7. Decoration, commercial advertisement, all kinds of signs or pictures can be placed on outside surface of Convertible Bottle ~losure by painting gluing or engraving.
8. Convertible Bottle Closure can be produced out of any flexible material, clear plastic as well as colored plastic and should be safe for automatic dishwasher.
Any material used for massive production of this invention must be 100% reoyclable~
9. Convertible Bottle ~lo~ure can be produced wikh optional handle located on the outside surface to malce it even more convenienk in use and relocating.

1~. Clearance between the edge oE Convertible Bottle Closure and wall of the bottle, mentioned under point 3, should not be bigger than 1/64 of inch.
According to hygiene and aeskhetics, such a small clearance will prevent dust and any foreign materials getting inside of the said Con~ertible Bottle Closure while located on the bottle.
13. Optional handle or stand may be located on the outer surface of the bottom of Convertible Bottle Cloæure to make transportation and relocation easier while ConYerti~le Bot~le Closure is located on the ~ottle.
14. Contents and cubage of liquid in the Convertible Bottle Clo~ure is unlimited and of course must be related to the angle and shape of the said invention.

I can see in Convertible Bottle Closure very big advantage over existing plastic drinking cups, used once for all, all shapes and different sizes which we can find on Store's shelves and later in the garbage.
The main advantage of the introduced invention called convertible Bottle Closure is that it will become to valuable to increase garbage wastes.
Once it was bought, it will stay in the kitchen, patio, recreational vehicle, boat, tent and camping accessories.
If there is to many of them collected or they are damaged, it should be returned for recycling.
Is hard to say what kind of global savings on plastic will be, however it is easy to imagine that step by step we will be experiencing less and less plastic wastes.
