03JECT 0~ T~E INVENTION
The present invention consists in "SAFETY MECHANISMS FOR
MAKING UP AND SECURING PANELS ON TO SUPPORTIN~ ELEMENTS FOR
SIGNALLING BOARDS AND OTHER USES". It namely refers to improvements consisting in the incorporation of new elements and mechanisms`besides those already claimed under the Spanish Patent No. 890092 and its first Certificate of Addition No.
8902015, which, while maintaining security, allo~ an easier asse~bly of all elements and mechanisms, thus economizing labour expenses.
INVENTION BACKGROUND
Spanlsh Patent No. 8900902 consists in safety ~echanisms for making up and securing panels on to supporting elements for signalling boards and other uses, in which the mentioned signalling boards are assembled in an overlying manner on vertical posts. Each panel has a profile which allows it to be fixed both to the posts and to its immediate panel by using t~o different types of setting up. The setting up of the lower panel is done by different means than the ones that allow fixlng the lower panel on to the contiguous higher one, and this one on to the also higher one.
The Spanish Gertificate of Addition No. 8902015 consisted in the use of a lower panel for~ed by a d~fferent prof1le? based upon two rear protruslons which could be trapped on to the post by fixlng means, which are identical to the fixing means used by the other upper panels also Wlth regard to the post.
The use of these two different fixing means, as well as the two dlfferent profiles, makes the set considerably more expensive regardlng costs of matericll and labour.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The prasent invention's object is to use a board constituted by overlying and repeating ons only profile which is provided with fixing means based on a part having a "T" shaped tailpiece, flat irons, and the corresponding bolts and nuts.
A further object of the present invention consists in the alternative use of simple fixing means to provide for the case they are placed in hlgh and difficult to reach positions, such as, for instance, the upper fixing of the highest panel.
Another obJect of this present invention consists in using reinforcing and catchlng billets between panels, provided on their ends with a spear point shaped constitu-tion, in order to ma~e their withdrawal easier using a reinforcing and catching billet with the same characteristics. These billets also act as trapping elements between the panels.

Finally, figure twelve corresponds to a rear elevation view of figure elsven.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
As what can be observed from the attached drawings, this przsent invention comprisss the use of a panel (1) with its front area completely plain and prepared to be labelled, having on its upper part one or several channels shaped in "U'`
(2).
Namely, profile (1) is provided in its rear area w1th a UU"
shaped channel (2), as well as some small protrusions (3) that enhance the strength of the profile.
In a performance variant, the profile may be provided ~n its rear side with two channels shaped in "U" (2~, as can be observed on profile (4) represented in -the sRcond figura. In 33~

the same way, ln a second performance variant, profile (5) has the channel (2) placed on its upper area.
Channels in "U" (2) show ~heir ends based on ~erminations in "T" (6) or in inner varges (7), indistinctly.
Both the base profile (1) and its two performance variants, this is, the two profiles (4) and ~5), show two rear protrusions, a higher one (3) and a lower one (9), which are provided at the same time with "U" shaped channels (10) and (11), having the upper channel (10) an upper opening and the lo~er channel (11) a rear side opening. The upper channel (10) has a run (12) on its mouth that reduces it.
"U" shaped channels (10) and (11) sho~ longitudinal ribs (13) in their inside, with preferentially triangular section.
Fixing means are constituted by a series of parts and flat irons that can be ad~;usted between themselves, to the profile and to the supporting posts (14).
Part (15) is constituted by means of a preferentially rectangular plate, with its corresponding orifice (16), either rectangular or circular, and a "T" shaped tailpiece (17) on one of its minor sides, that is provided with a curving (18).
Part (15) ~ay optionally have on its upper surface two transversal ribs (1~ hich act as stop and safety ele~ents against the handling of the fixing nuts.
These fixing means comprise as well the al~ernative use of three different types of flat irons, flat iron (20), that shows a prism-rectangular configuration, flat iron (21), that is identical ~o the previous own and has been provided on its minor ends with angular flaps (23), and flat iron (22), that shows both its larger ends slongated with walls (24) which shape an assembly in "U".
Flat irons (20), (21) and (22) show two rectangular outside drilled orifices (25) and two inner circular or rectangular cirilled orifices ~26).
Fixing ~eans also comprise a part ~27) consisting of a rectangular flat iron provided with a flap on one of its ends ~28) with a central orifice ~233, while on the other end it has a double bend ~30) as a hook. This part (27) forms part of the alternative fixing means, that are place(i on hi~h and difficult to reach areas. These alternative fixing ~eans are complemsnted with flat irons (31) provided with orifices near their ends and with two threaded stems (32~ with their corresponding fixing nuts (33).
In the linking of two overlaid profiles ~1), (4) or (5), when both their respective upper (10) and lower (11) channels are fitted together, a guide is produced where reinforcing and catchin~ billets (34) with ends in a spear point shape (35) can be installed.
Taklng the ele~ents described above as a basis, the assembly of panels (1), ~4) or (5) on the beaus ~14) is realized in the following way:
The fixing of a panel ~ 4~ or ~5), the lower ons, for in~tance, is performed by including a flat iron ~20~, ~21) or (22) in channel ~2) and the ste~s ~36) with their head ~37) in the lnternal orifices ~2~). Afterwards, the "T" shaped tailpieces ~17) of parts (15) are included in channel (2) and in the end orifices (25) of flat iron (20), ~21~ or (2?.), turning the parts (15) 90o, until their orifices (16) fit on the stems (36) and then perform tightening of nuts (38), that show a diagonal safety cutout (39), as to withdraw them will require a special tool. ~n this way, the fixing of panels (1), (4) or 15) on the inner wings of the supporting posts (14) is achieved.
In the case part (15) and flat irons (20), (21) and t22) have orifices (16) and ~26) of rectangular configuration, assembly will be realized coupling all the parts and finally introducing head (37) through the orifices (16) and (26) and turning the stem (36) 90~ to realize nut tightening (38).
Further on, an upper panel (1), (4) or (5) is placed so as the lower channel houses inside the upper channel (10) of lower panel (1), (4) or (5), forming both channels a guide to place ths billets (34), that act as a clamp to avoid panels (1) separation and that can be easily withdrawn, as their ends are spear point shaped (35) whsn hooked by another one with the same characteristics. The longitudinal rib disposition (13) in channels (10) and (11) allow a perfect drive of billets (35) along the mentioned channels (10) and (11), as billets will have a perfect fitting along them without producing material seizure.
Next, fixing is performed based on the steps followed above for the first panel (1).
The alternative fixin~ method, which may be set, for instance, on the upper area of higher panels (1), (4) or (5), is performed by fitting the hoo~ (30) of the part (27) in the corresponding "U" shaped channel (2) and then including the stems (32) in the orifice (29) of the flap (28), while at the same time, the ends of the stems (32) pass through the flat iron (31) end orificss, to fix the whole assembly with the corresponding nuts ~33) to the posts (14).
