The design consists of the features of shape and configuration of the FLOATER FRAME having variable dimensions as shown in the drawings. The portions within break lines have constant cross sections and vary consistently within each of the break lines shown. The portions shown in stippled lines form part of the article or environment of the article, but form no part of the design. The bold, wavy lines are not features of the design, but are included instead for illustrative purposes only to define boundaries of the design.
