Abstract

The said industrial design consists of the shape and configuration of the vacuum cleaner as shown in the drawings; the vacuum cleaner presents a generally cylindrical wand section, a cleaner head situated at one end of the wand section, and a handheld suction unit situated at the other end of the wand section; the handheld suction unit presents a generally cylindrical dust container extending at right angles to the wand section and a handle section situated along one side surface of the dust container; the handle section presents a grip portion extending centrally between a generally cylindrical portion and a flattened portion of the handle section; the grip portion presents curved front and rear surfaces and flattened side surfaces; the wand section presents a widening transition portion which merges into the other side surface of the dust container from the handle section; the cleaner head presents an enlarged neck section with a pair of dome-shaped wheels situated on either side of the neck section.
