Abstract

The said industrial design consists of the shape and configuration of the handbag as shown in the drawings; the handbag in a first position presents a flat generally rectangular bag section with an open top entry and pair of pleated handle portions that extend beyond the bag section and merge into pleated side areas which extend along opposite ends of the bag section and merge into the bag section along the height thereof; the handbag in a second position presents the pleated side areas of the bag section and of the handle portions in an open position; the handbag in the third position presents the pleated side areas of the bag section unfolded outwards; the handbag in the fourth position presents the handbag in the third position with the bag portion in an open position; the handbag in the fifth position presents the handbag with the pleated side areas of the bag section unfolded outwards and the handle portions angled inwards away from the bag portion.Representations of the design are shown in the figures wherein:Fig. 1 is a plan view of the design of the handbag in a first position;Fig. 2 is a perspective view of the handbag in a second position;Fig. 3 is a plan view of the handbag in a third position;Fig. 4 is a perspective view of the handbag in a fourth position;Fig. 5 is a front elevation view of the handbag in a fifth position; andFig. 6 is a perspective view of the handbag in the fifth position.Diagrams of the design are included.
