Abstract

The said industrial design consist of the shape, configuration and ornamentation of the car as shown in the representations; the most novel and distinctive features of the car are: the symmetrical spaced-apart curved ridges extending the length of the bonnet; front combination lamps which are generally triangular in front view with outwardly curved upper and outer sides, a generally straight lower side, and rounded corners; the front fenders have a raised ridge extending from the outer corner of the front combination lamps to the adjacent lower corner of the front door window; the front bumper has a central grill area which is generally trapezoidal with downwardly diverging sides and spaced-apart generally parallel rib members extending between the sides; the front bumper also has generally trapezoidal side grill areas with upwardly diverging sides and rib members which generally conform to the rib members of the central grill area, the side grill areas being situated on either side of the central grill area; the upper end of each side grill area has a narrow lamp area extending the width thereof; the side doors have a generally horizontal ridge extending the length thereof which separates an upper contoured area of the doors from the lower portion of the doors which has spaced-apart lines and an intermediate narrow depression extending the length of the doors; the rear combination lamps wrap around the rear corners of the car and widen along their length from a sharp forward comer area to a downwards and inwards angled inside edge; the rear gate of the car has a rearwards projecting area which extends above the rear gate window with an upper surface which generally follows the contour of the roof of the car.Diagrams of the design are included.Fig. 1 is a front elevation view of the design of the car;Fig. 2 is a rear elevation view thereof;Fig. 3 is a right front perspective view thereof;Fig. 4 is a right rear perspective view thereof;Fig. 5 is a left side elevation view thereof;Fig. 6 is a right side elevation view thereof; andFig. 7 is a top plan view thereof.
