Abstract

The design is the elongated, generally rectangular shape of the telephone handset with rounded corners shown in the front view of Figure 3, where the front view is generally divided into two portions by a circular element; the upper portion of the front surface comprises a generally square shape; the circular element has horizontal lines extending outwards from near the top, bottom and middle, the horizontal lines forming four generally trapezoid shaped areas surrounding the circular element; the lower portion of the front surface comprises a number of generally-rectangular buttons; near the bottom of the front portion are two circular regions; as shown in the perspective view of Figure 1 as well as the rear view of Figure 3 and the left view of Figure 4, the left surface comprises a generally oval region; in the rear view of Figure 3, a generally circular feature is located near the top of the rear surface; an elongated generally rectangular portion with a rounded top periphery extends just over the circular feature and extends to the bottom of the rear portion with a flattened-off lower part; the front edge of the side views of Figures 4 and 5 is slightly concave with the rear edge being generally straight; the upper surface of the side views slopes generally upwards towards the front; and the top and bottom views of Figures 6 and 7 have a generally trapezoid-shaped perimeter with slightly convex shaped sides.Drawings of the design are included wherein.Figure 1: Is a perspective view of a telephone handset;Figure 2: Is a front view thereof;Figure 3: Is a rear view thereof;Figure 4: Is a left side view thereof;Figure 5: Is a right side view thereof;Figure 6: Is a top view thereof; andFigure 7: Is a bottom view thereof:
