Les Elacons de ce genre sont commodement réa-lises en polyethylène qui est une matière plastique peu coûteuse et presentant la souplesse desiree. Cependant, le polyethyl~ne ne peut pas être utilise pour le condi-tionnement de tous les produits liquides. Certains pro-dùits, en particulier, des colorants c.apillaires ne peu-vent pas être conserves dans du polyethylène. On peut alors remplacer le polye-thylène par une autre matiere plastique courante, peu coûteuse et ne posant pas d~ pro-bleme de conservation pour la substance liquide que l'on désire conditionner, à savoir le chlorure de polyvinyle;
- la figure 1 est une vue en perspective eclatee d'un flacon selon l'invention;
~ ~8028~
La fixation de la capsule de bouchage 5 fait par enclique-tage d'un jonc annulaire interieur (non représente) de ladite capsule à l'interieur de la gorge peripherique 4b du goulot;
The present invention relates to a bottle with part (s) plian-te (s) or flexible (s).
We know that a very large number of bottles or low capacity containers have a wall flexible which is alternately compressed to produce through a small hole a thin je-t de liquid that can be easily dispensed and interrupted. This is the case, for example, of vials intended to contain a dose hair lotion to be at the time of application tion, distributed equally over the whole che-velvet.
Elacons of this genus are conveniently made polyethylene which is a little plastic expensive and having the desired flexibility. However, polyethyl ~ cannot be used for the condi-of all liquid products. Some pro-said, in particular, hair dyes cannot cannot be stored in polyethylene. We can then replace polyethylene with another material common plastic, inexpensive and not posing pro storage cream for the liquid substance that wishes to condition, namely polyvinyl chloride;
but, as we know, polyvinyl chloride is a rigid material so that the bottles thus produced do not have the desired flexibility and can no longer be alternately compressed without much effort using your fingers to produce small jets of liquid.
The present invention aims to achieve a fla-con made of rigid material, in particular polyvinyl chloride whose wall can however be easily deformed at the hand. According to the invent.ion, on the wall of the bottle at least one fold extending parallel to its axis ~, ,, ~
~: ~ 8 ~ 28 ~
and defining a reinforcement which by interrupting the periphery of the bottle body allows this last part to deform. Thus, ~ algre the use of a rigid material, the smooth wall of the bottle body can be compressed manually is lying.
The present invention therefore relates to a bottle made of a rigid material, -comportant essen-tially a body whose side wall is susceptible to be compressed alternately without much effort to ~ 'help of doi ~ ts to produce small jets of liquid, characterized by the fact that said body has, on its side wall, at least one fold extending substantially parallel to the axis of the bottle, without opening or in the bottom wall of the bottle, nor in the upper wall of the body of the bottle, said fold defining a reinforcement allowing both at the remaining area of the side wall to form a flexible part deformable manually.
In a preferred embodiment, the bottle has two substantially identical, symmetrical folds relative to the axis of the bottle; each fold is provided in hollow on the side wall of the bottle body; he's stretching substantially over the entire height of the bottle body and ends on the one hand, near the shoulder of the body bottle where the neck is connected and, on the other hand, to the near the bottom of said bottle.
Each fold advantageously has the configuration a groove whose perpendicular cross-section-ment to the axis of the bottle, has the shape of a V; the furrow has the aforementioned V section has two planes of symmetry: of a hand, a diametral plane passing through the inner edge of the furrow and, on the other hand, the transverse median plane of the bottle body; the two outer edges of each groove are not parallel but have a spacing which gradually increases from the end of the groove on the side of the shoulder of the bottle body ~; ~
oz ~
until the middle of said body to decroltre ensui-te gradually to the end of the groove located on the side of the bottom of the bottle; the groove depth is as variable: it gradually increases in proportion of the end of the ~ illon located on the side of the shoulder from the bottle body to the middle of said body to then gradually decrease to the extreme mite of the groove located on the side of the bottom of the bottle.
The bottle can advantageously be manufactured by extrusion blow molding or injection blow molding of a plastic. It is preferably made in chloride polyvinyl.
The bottle can carry on its side wall a label placed on a labeling machine. A
such label must be affixed on a smooth part of the side wall outside of the fold (s). He con-comes ~ by then, to orient the bottle properly inside the labeling machine. So, following another particular form of Elacon according to the invention, the bottom of the latter comprises externally, in its central part, a rib coming from molding, allowing to orient the bottle inside the labeling machine ter. This positioning can be done by engagement of the aforementioned rib inside a shaped slot additional provided on the support of the vials inside of the labeling machine.
According to another particularity, the neck of the bottle may have an extra thickness on its periphery provided, on the side of the neck edge, with a crenelated border lee. Inside the aforementioned slots come im-briquing practical complementary slots on the inner lateral wall of a closure cap ~ ~ S0288 is fixed by snapping onto said neck.
Lice better understand the purpose of the pre-invention, we will describe below, as an example purely illustrative and not limiting, a mode of rea-reading shown in the accompanying drawing.
On this drawing:
- Figure 1 is an exploded perspective view a bottle according to the invention;
- Figure 2 is a section along II-II of the fla-con of Figure 1, and - Figure 3 is an axial section of the part bottom of the bottle shown in Figure 1.
By referring to the drawingJ we see that we have designated by 1 a small capacity bottle which can close, for example, a dose of hair product, that is, the right amount needed for an application on the hair.
Bottle 1 is made of polyvinyl chloride. I1 is molded by extrusion blow molding.
The cylindrical body of the bottle 1, the diameter of which tre is small compared to the height, is connected by a shoulder 3 to a neck 4, the latter presents at its periphery, about half its height, a sour ~
thickness ending on the edge of the neck with a serrated edge sawtooth 4a. Between the edge of the neck and the crenellated border 4a above, is practical a peripheral groove 4_.
A closure cap 5, made of plastic, is fixed by snap-fastening on the neck 4 of the bottle.
It also presents internally, on the side of its bottom circular 5a, an extra thickness whose border S_ defines slots of complementary shape to the slots of the neck.
~ ~ 8028 ~
The fixing of the closure cap 5 is done by snap stage of an interior annular ring (not shown) of said capsule inside the peripheral groove 4b of the neck;
in this position, the slots 5b of the cap capsule chage are nested in the slots 4_ of the neck. The-the bottle is made by rotating the capsule closure 5 with respect to neck 4, while its closing measurement is obtained by pressing in the closure cap 5 on the neck 4.
As a variant, the neck 4 can be provided with classic way, an external thread cooperates with the household internal thread on the cap for secure the latter by screwing it onto the neck of the bottle.
The neck 4 of the bottle receives a dispensing nozzle.
tribution 6 endowed with a central opening 7, allowing reduce the flow rate of liquid dispensed by the bottle.
The liquid distribution is done by compressing alternately using the fingers the side wall 2 of the bottle. So that the latter presents flexibility required, despite the stiffness of the plastic material - which it is made, there are two folds 8 having the same shapes and dimensions, which are symmetrically arranged relative to the axis of the bottle; each fold 8 extends lengthwise linearly, along a generator of the side wall cylindrical 2, over substantially the entire height of said side wall; it ends in a part, in the upper part just near the bottom of the bottle and on the other hand lower part just near the shoulder 3.
Each fold 8 has the configuration of a groove which, in cross section perpendicular to the axis of the bottle affects the shape of a V. The above groove has ~: Lsa ~
two planes of symmetry ~ ie: on the one hand, a diame-tral plane of the bottle passing through the inner edge 8a of the groove and, from ~ u-on the other hand, the transverse median plane of the bottle body.
According to another characteristic, the two edges exteriors 8b which border the furrow are not parallel:
their spacing gradually increases from the end of the groove located near the shoulder 3 until the middle of the bottle body where it reaches its their maximum to then decrease gradually until at the end of the furrow located near the bottom of the bottle.
The depth of the two grooves varies by the same way: it grows gradually from the end of the groove located near shoulder 3 to decrease then gradually until the end of the groove located near the bottom of the bottle.
Thanks to this configuration, the body of the bottle has two rigid parts 8 arranged between two parts flexible and smooth ties 9 (Figure 2); the two parts flat and smooth 9 have maximum flexibility in the middle of the body of the bottle, in the area where the groove is most broad and deepest.
By pressing on the soft and smooth parts 9 of the bottle body, the user causes them to flatten is lying. We observe that the presence of the two furrows, for-me particular gives the bottle the desired flexibility.
We also observe that by pressing at the location of the grooves 8, the smooth and flexible parts 9 of the bottle are deformed also. Therefore, there is no need to exercise 3 ~ cer pressure at a specific place on the bottle body; whatever the support area, there is a defor-mation of the wall of the bottle body, allowing in all 1 1 ~ 028 ~
the cases, the distribution in the form of small jets, of the li-which is contained in the bottle.
An external ner ~ lL, substantially rectili-gene, is provided in relief in the curved central part concave from the bottom 10 of the bottle. It extends significantly, in this example, perpendicular to the passing axial plane by the two edges 8a, two grooves. She permits, on a labeling machine, to position a label on one of the flexible and smooth parts 9 of the bottle.
It is understood that the embodiment above described is in no way limiting and may give place for any desirable modifications without leaving for that of the scope of the invention.
