Abstract

The said industrial design consists of the shape, configuration and ornamentation of the front cowl for a motorcycle having a pair of generally symmetrical and upwardly and rearwards curved diverging wing-like sections; an upper forwardly bent generally V-shaped member and a lower short straight member extend between the lower portions of the wing-like sections and form a generally heart-shaped opening in front elevation view; the upper portions of the wing-like sections above the forwardly bent generally V-shaped member form a scalloped generally V-shaped open area in front elevation view; each wing-like section has an enlarged outwardly extending and slightly rearwards curved truncated generally V-shaped portion which is adjacent to and above the generally heart-shaped opening; the truncated generally V-shaped portions merge smoothly into inwardly curved areas; the wing-like sections have rearwards bent narrow lip-like portions extending along the outer edges thereof.Representations of the design are shown in the figures wherein:Figure 1 is a perspective view from the front side of a front cowl for a motorcycle;Figure 2 is a perspective view from the front side thereof;Figure 3 is a perspective view from the rear side thereof;Figure 4 is a perspective view from the rear side thereof;Figure 5 is a front elevation view thereof;Figure 6 is a rear elevation view thereof;Figure 7 is a right side elevation view thereof;Figure 8 is a left side elevation view thereof;]Figure 9 is a top plan view thereof; andFigure 10 is a bottom plan view thereof.Diagrams of the design are included.
