Abstract

The design consists of the following visual features of a three head dry shaver: In perspective view (see Fig. 1) a curved rear side. In front view (see Fig. 2) the design has an approximately rectangular shaped body with a 3 circular head unit on top of the body; the front part is shield shaped and located underneath the circular head unit; a circular element is positioned just underneath an elliptical shaped element as the upper part of the shield shaped front part; and towards the bottom the front is tapering. In rear view (see Fig. 3) the design has an approximately rectangular shaped body with a 3 circular head unit on top of the body; underneath the circular head unit there is a tongue shaped element with an approximately oval shaped element inside of this tongue shaped element; underneath the tongue shaped there are eight small circular shaped holes; the rear part is also shield shaped; and towards the bottom the rear side is tapering. In side view (see Figs. 4 and 5) the design is strongly curved towards the front; an elongated middle part between the front part and rear part runs form the bottom towards the top of the design ending in an approximately oval shaped element; the bottom edge of said middle part being recessed from the bottom edges of the front and rear part.Drawings of the design are included.Figure 1 is a perspective view of a three head dry shaver according to the design;Figure 2 is a front view thereof;Figure 3 is a rear view thereof;Figure 4 is a left side view thereof;Figure 5 is a right side view thereof;Figure 6 is a top view thereof; andFigure 7 is a bottom view thereof.
