Description
- la figure 1 représente schématiquement un premier exemple de mode de réalisation suivant l'invention ;

. The present invention relates to an installation heat transfer medium.
One of the best ways to transfer heat consists in circulating a heat transfer fluid produced by evaporation of a liquid in an evaporator and to recondense this fluid in a condenser located at the point of use of the heat. To circulate this heat transfer fluid it is necessary return the reformed liquid in the condenser to the evaporator tor. ~ when the condenser is located at a higher level than the evaporator, the return of the liquid can be done by gravity. When this is not the case, it is necessary to provide a return pump or wick device in which the liquid is sucked by capillarity.
The use of a mechanical pump makes the installation complex and relatively insecure. When a device wick is used, the installation offers only a yield relatively low thermal due to weak weakness capillary forces and as a result of the sensitivity of these Ci to accelerations.
The subject of the invention is a fluid installation -heat transfer medium with high safety and thermal efficiency Student.
According to the present invention, there is provided a -heat transfer fluid installation having an evaporator for producing the heat transfer fluid from a liquid, a condenser connected to the outlet of the evaporator to recondense the heat transfer fluid into liquid and a liquid return circuit connecting the outlet of the density at the inlet of the evaporator, characterized in that the liquid return circuit includes a pressure pump comprising a reservoir for the liquid, this reservoir having an inlet and an outlet; a first valve connected between s the condenser outlet and the tank inlet to admit of the condenser liquid in the tank when the pressure in the condenser is higher than the pressure of the liquid - in the tank, and a second valve connected between the tank outlet and evaporator inlet in order to admit tank liquid in the evaporator when the pressure in the evaporator is less than the pressure of the liquid in the tank. - ~
Two embodiments of a following installation the invention will be described by way of example with reference to the attached drawings in which:
- Figure 1 schematically shows a first example of an embodiment according to the invention;
- Figure 2 shows schematically a second example of embodiment.
The heat transfer system shown schematically in Figure 1 includes an evaporator 1 located - at the hot spot of the installation and a condenser 2 located at a cold point, this evaporator 1 and this condenser 2 being interconnected by a heat transfer fluid line 3.
The evaporator 1 contains a liquid 4 qul, under the action of the heat whose contribution is symbolized by the arrow Cl, produces steam 5 which constitutes the heat transfer fluid.
This if flows in line 3 which leads into the condenser 2 where the vapor is recondensed by releasing the latent heat which was absorbed in the vapor.
The heat released is symbolized by the arrow C2. The liquid reformed in condenser 2 must be returned to the evaporator by a return line 6 to ensure operation . _ ~
continuous system.
According to the invention, the return line 6 comprises two valves 7 and 8 between which is connected a tank lQ4S9 .
Assuming initially that the amount of steam produced per unit of time is equal to the amount of steam , condensed during this same unit of time, the production net of steam is zero and the pressure remains constant in.
, _ _ ,,,,. . ,,,. _ _ _. ... _, _ _,. . . _ _,. . _., `` l ~ lV1459 the installation. From this moment, the amount of liquid tends to increase in condenser 2 and to decrease in the evaporator 1. In the condenser 2, the increasing quantity:
of liquid reduces the extent of the condensation surface, this which has the effect of reducing the amount of vapor that condenses.
In evaporator 1 the production of steam can a) stay the same, b) increase, c) decrease by less than the reduction of condensation in condenser 2, d) decrease by a greater amount than the reduction of condensation in the condenser.
In the first three cases, the net production of vapor tends to increase, so the pressure in the installation increases in relation to the liquid pressure in the tank 9. Consequently, the valve 7 opens and the liquid is pumped from the condenser 2 to the tank 9.
In the fourth case, the net steam production tends to decrease as well as pressure versus pressure liquid in the reservoir 9. Consequently, the valve 8 opens and the liquid is pumped from the reservoir 9 to the evaporator:
1.
The installation described ~ operates in such a way that the net production of steam is practically maintained null ~ As soon as a difference occurs between the quantity of vapor produced and the amount of condensed vapor The pressure that is created restores balance.
The tank 9 and the lines 3 and 6 are insulated thermally so that heat exchanges occur only in exchanger 1 and in ~ condenser 2.
The tank 9 can be placed anywhere of the installation: in an isolated location as shown in the . .
Figure 1, in the evaporator 1 or in the condenser 2, or; ~
still in the steam line as shown in figure 2.
In this figure we have used the same reference numbers as in FIG. 1. The liquid line 6 is located at ~:
inside the steam line 3. It includes a first section 6a which extends from the end 2 of the steam line 3 arranged in a manner known per se for to form a condenser, as far as inside the tank 9 contained inside the pipe 3, and a second section 6b which extends from the reservoir 9 to the end 1 line 3, arranged to form an evaporator. The part of line 3 between the evaporator and the condenser is thermally insulated to form an adiabatic section 4ue.
