Abstract
MÉTODO E APARELHO PARA A RÁPIDA MOLDAGEM DE PÁS DE TURBINA DE VENTO. A presente invenção se refere a uma cobertura complacente que é disposta sobre a parte sendo moldada em um processo de moldagem. A cobertura complacente é formada a partir de uma pluralidade de células longitudinais posicionadas próximas uma à outra. Pelo menos uma porta de comunicação é acoplada a cada célula longitudinal, e uma fonte de meio fluido a uma temperatura pré-selecionada é acoplada às portas de comunicação com o que as células longitudinais podem ser preenchidas com o meio fluido na temperatura préselecionada. A cobertura complacente pode assim ser usada para seletivamente aquecer e resfriar a parte sendo moldada para diminuir o tempo necessário pela parte para elevar a uma temperatura necessária para curar a resina na parte e para resfriar a parte de modo que a mesma possa ser removida a partir do molde.
