Abstract
MANIPULAÇÃO DE FALHAS DE ENTREGA LINKS DE RÁDIO. O método e o aparelho descritos são utilizados para manipular falhas de entrega e RL com base em detalhes de transferência de contexto e procedimentos de RACH que melhoram os procedimentos de manipulação de falhas. Após uma falha de RL, um equipamento de usuário {UE) inclui a identidade de um Nó B evoluído (eNó B) e/ou célula como um elemento de informação (IE) em uma solicitação de conexM RRC e/ou uma mensagem de atualização celular ou qualquer outra mensagem de rrc junto com uma identidade de UE.
